為培養大眾對於視覺文化與藝術之賞析及多元體驗，新北市美術館特規畫「套圈圈：藝術共感行動」計畫，以共學共創模式，共同調研公共空間裡的藝術地標。

To cultivate the public's appreciation and diverse experiences of visual culture and art, the New Taipei City Art Museum has specially planned the "Ring Toss: Art Empathy Action" project. Through a collaborative learning and creation model, we aim to jointly investigate art landmarks within public spaces.
