一、為響應聯合國「世界母語日」，宣導面臨傳承危機國家語
言保存及傳承重要性，本部特於115年2月7日、8日(星期
六、日)，假衛武營國家藝術文化中心舉辦旨揭活動，並訂
於2月7日(星期六)下午2時舉行開幕式。
二、本次活動開幕式邀請「紙風車劇團」擔綱開場演出，兩日
活動以跨語言對談、親子互動及青少年為主題，規劃音
樂、戲劇、講座及手作體驗等多元內容，並邀請相關領域
廣受年輕族群歡迎且具代表性及影響力的創作團隊參與，
包括全球客家流行音樂大賽創作組首獎A_Root同根生、金
鐘獎及金音獎得主旺福樂團、新生代原住民族語言歌手
Abus阿布絲、唐美雲歌仔戲團，以及臺灣手語、馬祖語演
出團隊等，另本次活動結合創新書市及行動書車專區，以
多元形式吸引民眾學習母語；並設置繪本故事區，於2月7
日至3月8日辦理多場母語繪本說故事活動。

**Announcement**
To commemorate the United Nations "International Mother Language Day" and to promote the importance of preserving and transmitting languages facing the threat of extinction, this office will host the aforementioned event at the Wei Wu Ying National Arts and Cultural Center on February 7th and 8th, 2026 (Saturday and Sunday). The opening ceremony will be held on February 7th (Saturday) at 2:00 PM.
The opening ceremony will feature a performance by the "Paper Windmill Theater Troupe." The two-day event will focus on cross-language dialogue, parent-child interaction, and youth engagement. It will include a diverse range of activities such as music performances, theatrical productions, lectures, and hands-on workshops. We have invited several influential and representative creative teams popular among young people, including A_Root (winner of the Global Hakka Popular Music Awards),旺福樂團 (recipient of Golden Bell and Golden Melody Awards),新生代原住民族語言歌手 Abus阿布絲 (new-generation indigenous language singer),唐美雲歌仔戲團 (Tang Meiyun's Nanguan Opera Troupe), as well as teams specializing in Taiwanese Sign Language and Matsu dialect performances. Additionally, the event will feature an innovative book fair and a mobile library zone to attract the public in learning mother tongues through various formats. A picture book storytelling area will also be set up, hosting multiple mother tongue picture book storytelling sessions from February 7th to March 8th.
