**Application Period:** From February 1, 2026, to March 15, 2026. Applications must be submitted in person; late submissions will not be accepted.

**Submission of Application Materials:** Please provide only the documents required by the application guidelines. Do not submit any additional certificates or proofs not specified, in order to conserve paper and promote environmental protection and energy conservation.
**Ineligible Applicants:** If you do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above, please do not submit an application. All ineligible applications will be returned without review.
**Incomplete Submissions:** Applications with incomplete or missing documents will not be accepted. Please carefully review all materials before resubmitting.
