說明：
一、依衛生福利部114年12月31日衛授疾字第1140101304號函及其附件(如附件1)，及衛生福
利部疾病管制署114年12月31日疾管檢字第1142100385號函(如附件2)辦理。

1. This notice is issued in accordance with the Ministry of Health and Welfare's letter dated December 31, 114, No. SH-1140101304 (see Attachment 1), and the Center for Disease Control's letter dated December 31, 114, No. CDC-1142100385 (see Attachment 2).
