一、說明會資訊

校內活動報名：非認證活動 單號11500008（115年度學海築夢、新南向學海築夢說明會）
地 點：線上 Google Meet（連結將於活動前一日另行通知）
參加對象：全校教職員生（以教職員優先，學生亦可參加）
二、申請流程
(一)計畫主持人逕向所屬學院／單位提出申請紙本，經各院初審後由學院彙整推薦，並依規定時限送交全球事務處。
(二 )「學海築夢計畫」須經本校交流審查小組審議後，排定各子計畫推薦順序，每校以申請 10 案為限，由本校統一薦送；「新南向學海築夢計畫」則不受案數限制。
三、申請日程
(一)申請期間：115 年 01 月 30 日起至 115 年 02 月 26 日前截止收件
(二)學院送達全球事務處收件截止時間：115 年 03 月 03 日（17:00）前
I. Information Session Details

Date & Time: January 28, 2026 (Wednesday), 12:30–13:00 (approximately 20 minutes)
On-campus Registration: Non-certified activity, Registration No. 11500008
Venue: Online via Google Meet (the meeting link will be provided one day prior to the event)
Target Participants: All faculty, staff, and students (priority will be given to faculty and staff; students are also welcome)
II. Application Process
Project directors shall submit hard-copy application documents to their respective colleges or units. After preliminary review by each college, the applications will be compiled, recommended, and submitted to the Office of Global Affairs within the prescribed deadline.
Applications for the “Study Abroad Dream Project” must be reviewed by the University Exchange Review Committee, which will determine the recommendation order of sub-projects. Each university may submit up to 10 projects, which will be collectively recommended by the university.
Applications for the “New Southbound Study Abroad Dream Project” are not subject to a project number limit.
III. Application Timeline
Application Period: January 30, 2026 – February 26, 2026
Deadline for Colleges to Submit Applications to the Office of Global Affairs:
March 3, 2026, by 5:00 PM |
