為能讓慈善基金會宗教處海外會務組彙整各校的交流、實習日期，並請海外分會依年度活動現況回饋與預留時間，敬請各校協助於 1/30前回填今年度（2026年）學校預計出團計劃至線上表單－教育志業海外資源申請彙整表：

1.填寫時請注意表單分頁，是否與「出團月份」相同。
2.請包含招生及各系所的實（見）習、服務學習。

出團請依教育志業海外資源申請默契(https://reurl.cc/L6NyK3)辦理，以避免延誤時效，影響行程。
To facilitate the consolidation of exchange and internship schedules by the Overseas Affairs Division, Religion Section, Tzu Chi Foundation, and to allow overseas Tzu Chi branches to provide feedback and reserve time based on annual activity plans, we kindly request all institutions to assist by submitting their anticipated group dispatch plans for the academic year 2026 (February 2026 to January 2027) via the designated online form Education Mission Overseas Resource Application Consolidation Form by January 30th:

**Reminder:**
1. Please ensure that the form is tabulation corresponds to the “month of dispatch.”
2. Include all recruitment activities and internships (including observation internships) as well as service-learning programs from each department.
3. Since contact persons vary by city in different countries, please be sure to specify the “city” in your submission.
**Guidelines for Overseas Resource Applications**
