說明：
一、貴校各科系所學生若有實習需求，請自即日起至本年5月5日(週二)前協助學生辦理，實習申請可由學校薦送或由學生備齊相關資料向本館提出申請，為加速實習申請作業，申請案請以電子公文方式函送實習生申請相關資料，審核結果預計於5月下旬公告於本館最新消息區。
二、實習生於本館實習期間，皆不支給任何報酬（薪資、和津貼）、不供宿、不保險。確定錄取之實習生需請學校提供學生保險證明，或提供自行投保意外險證明。未滿18歲學生，另需檢附「國立科學工藝博物館實習家長（監護人）同意書」，以完成實習之確認作業。
三、獲錄取之同學，將由輔導人員於實習前說明相關應注意事項。
四、依本館實習生實施計畫規定，實習生於實習期滿考評合格後，如需本館開具實習證明，每份證明依本館規費收據標準規定，收取新臺幣30元。
**Announcement Regarding Internship Application Procedures at the National Museum of Science and Technology**
1. **Application Process for Internships**
For students from your university is various departments who require internships, please assist them in submitting their applications from today until May 5th (Tuesday) of this year. Applications may be submitted either through university recommendations or directly by students who have prepared all required documents. To expedite the application process, please submit all internship-related materials via official electronic documents. 2. **Internship Conditions**
During their internship at the museum, interns will not receive any form of remuneration (salary or stipend), accommodation, or insurance coverage. Confirmed interns must provide proof of student insurance from their university or proof of personal accidental insurance coverage. Students under the age of 18 must also submit a "Parent/Guardian Consent Form for Internship at the National Museum of Science and Technology" to complete the internship confirmation process.
3. **Pre-Internship Briefing**
Students who are accepted for internships will be briefed by a counselor prior to the start of their internship regarding relevant matters and guidelines.
4. **Issuance of Internship Certificates**
According to the museum is internship program regulations, if an intern requires an internship certificate upon successful completion and evaluation, a fee of NT$30 per certificate will be charged in accordance with the museum is standard fee schedule.
