服務利他是本校的辦學特色與校風，旨在鼓勵學生於在學期間積極參與校內外各項公益性服務活動，以培養濟世助人的胸襟。為系統性推動並整合全校志工服務，同時配合優良志工遴選作業期程，特公告辦理 114-1學期（114年8月1日至115年1月31日）志工服務時數登錄作業，本次登錄作業以 114-1學期參與之校外各項志願服務活動為主，請同學於學期末前完成登錄，請參閱下方說明：
一、 本校學生於1114-1學期參與校外各項志願服務活動者，需檢附志工服務證明，其辦理方式有：
(一) 申請人得向所屬志工服務團隊申請個人志工服務證明，各志工服務團隊均有核實認證之責。
(二) 申請人向教資中心服務學習組申請個人志工服務證明，併檢附個人志工服務相關資料以為佐證。
二、 檢附服務時數證明於115年01月30日(星期五)下午4點前以信件方式提供志工服務證明電子檔給服務學習組林書溦小姐(mail：shuwei@gms.tcu.edu.tw)，逾期不予協助時數登錄作業。
*自114-1學期11月起，本校服務學習組將針對持有衛生福利部志願服務紀錄冊之同學，凡於本校志工管理系統完成登錄並經核可之志願服務時數，將由服務學習組統一匯出至衛生福利部志願服務系統，以登錄於學生個人之志願服務系統中。

**Announcement: Volunteer Service Hour Registration for the 114-1 Academic Semester**
Service and altruism are core values and distinctive features of our university, aiming to encourage students to actively participate in various public service activities both on and off campus during their studies, thereby cultivating a spirit of compassion and assistance. To systematically promote and integrate volunteer services across the university, and in coordination with the schedule for the selection of outstanding volunteers, we hereby announce the volunteer service hour registration process for the 114-1 academic semester (August 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026). This registration will primarily focus on off-campus volunteer activities participated in during the 114-1 semester. Students are kindly requested to complete their registration before the end of the semester. Please refer to the following details:
**I. Students who participated in off-campus volunteer activities during the 114-1 academic semester must submit a certificate of volunteer service. The procedures are as follows:**
(1) Applicants may request a personal certificate of volunteer service from their respective volunteer teams. Each team is responsible for verifying and certifying these documents.
(2) Applicants may also request a personal certificate of volunteer service from the Service Learning Section of the Center for Teaching and Learning Resources, accompanied by relevant supporting documents.
**II. Submission of Service Hour Certificates**
Please submit electronic copies of your volunteer service certificates via email to Ms. Shu-Wei Lin (mail: shuwei@gms.tcu.edu.tw) by **4:00 PM on Friday, January 30, 2026**. Submissions received after this deadline will not be processed for hour registration.
*Starting from November of the 114-1 academic semester, the Service Learning Section will unify and export all verified volunteer hours recorded in our university is volunteer management system to the Ministry of Health and Welfare is Volunteer Service System, ensuring that students i service hours are accurately logged in their personal profiles.
