各位師長、同仁 鈞鑒:
為響應校園永續發展並落實溫室氣體盤查作業,永續發展辦公室近期將針對全校區之冷媒設備(如冷氣、冰箱、飲水機等)進行全面清查與記錄。
本次盤點作業將指派工讀生至各單位進行實地勘查,相關說明如下:
盤點範圍: 行政辦公室、各系所教學區、實驗室、研究小間、學生宿舍區及公共空間。
盤點設備: 冷氣機、冰箱、冰水主機、飲水機等含有冷媒之設備。
執行方式: 工讀生將進入各場域進行設備型號確認與拍照存證,以確保盤查數據之準確性。
配合事項: 屆時建請各單位老師與同仁協助開啟辦公室、教室及實驗室之門禁,以便學生入內作業。
盤點期間若造成不便,敬請見諒。

In response to campus sustainability initiatives and to ensure the proper implementation of greenhouse gas inventory procedures, the Office of Sustainability will soon conduct a comprehensive survey and documentation of refrigerant-containing equipment across all campus areas, including air conditioners, refrigerators, and water dispensers.
The survey will be carried out by student workers assigned to various units for on-site inspections. The details are as follows:
**Scope of Inventory:**
Administrative offices, teaching areas of each department, laboratories, student dormitories, and public spaces.
**Equipment to be Surveyed:**
Air conditioners, refrigerators, chillers, water dispensers, and other equipment containing refrigerants.
**Methodology:**
Student workers will enter designated areas to confirm equipment models and take photographs for documentation purposes, ensuring the accuracy of inventory data.
**Cooperation Required:**
We kindly request all faculty members and staff to assist by unlocking office doors, classrooms, and laboratories to allow student workers access during the inventory process.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused during the inventory period.
