At least one member must have previously received funding from the Ministry of Education's Teaching Practice Research Project or have been promoted based on teaching practice. Under these conditions, industry experts are welcome to participate, fostering new ideas in teaching. Activities should cover five main themes: writing teaching practice research projects, writing academic papers on teaching practice research, designing teaching plans and research, evaluating and analyzing effectiveness, and sharing experiences related to promotion based on teaching practice. It is encouraged to incorporate important international trends and social issues such as AI, gender equality, marine education, indigenous languages, bilingual education, and transitional justice. Activities may include workshops, thematic lectures, reading groups, teaching observations, practical seminars, and expert consultations. Each community must plan at least five activities. The maximum grant per community is NT$50,000 (outstanding communities selected by this base in the previous year may apply for an additional NT$10,000 grant for a new community project this year).
