為鼓勵本校教師推動服務學習教育，強化服務學習之專業知能，並深化服務學習之發展與實踐，特辦理「113學年度服務學習優良教師評選」。
一、申請資格：
凡本校教師於113學年度曾開設服務學習課程，或實際參與推動具服務學習內涵之相關活動者，均具備「113學年度服務學習優良教師評選」之申請資格。
二、申請程序：
採線上併同書面方式申請。申請者先填寫申請表(附件)及說明文件後將電子檔寄至服務學習組業務承辦人員信箱(shuwei@gms.tcu.edu.tw)完成報名，備齊書面申請表由申請人親簽後繳交至服務學習組(大愛樓六樓L602)。
三、應檢附資料：
(一)申請表(附件)：填寫後列印紙本由申請者親簽後繳交紙本及電子檔
(二)說明文件：以A4直式橫書12號字、20頁為限，內容包含教學課程或活動融入服務學習、推動校內外服務學習及整合資源、教師個人參與及推動績效及其他創新性作為及有助於服務學習推動或具體貢獻之具體事蹟或相關佐證資料，以電子檔寄出。
(三)其他證明文件及附件目錄(如無則免)以電子檔寄出

四、申請期限
紙本資料與電子檔請於115年2月4日(星期三)中午12:00前送至本組辦公室(大愛樓六樓L602)或信箱(shuwei@gms.tcu.edu.tw)。
五、評選通過之獎勵與後續事項
經本次評選當選「113學年度服務學習優良教師」者，得參與「慈濟大學優良教師－特色教學貢獻教師獎」之遴選，並須於115年4月12日（星期日）上午9時 進行公開教學經驗分享。

**Announcement: Call for Nominations for the 113th Academic Year Service-Learning Excellence Teacher Award**
To encourage faculty members to promote service-learning education, enhance professional expertise in service-learning, and deepen its development and practice, the university is pleased to announce the "113th Academic Year Service-Learning Excellence Teacher Award."
**I. Eligibility Criteria:**
Any faculty member who has taught a service-learning course or actively participated in activities with service-learning components during the 113th academic year is eligible to apply for this award.
**II. Application Procedure:**
Applications must be submitted both online and in written form. Applicants should first complete the application form (see attachment) and supporting documents, then send the electronic files to the Service-Learning Unit at shuwei@gms.tcu.edu.tw to complete registration. Afterward, applicants must print, sign, and submit the hard copy of the application form to the Service-Learning Unit (Room L602, 6th Floor, Dailai Building).
**III. Required Documents:**
(1) Application Form (see attachment): After completing the form, applicants must print it, sign it in person, and submit both the hard copy and electronic file.
(2) Supporting Documents: Prepare a document in A4 format, landscape orientation, 12-point font, limited to 20 pages. The content should include:
- Integration of service-learning into teaching courses or activities
- Promotion of service-learning within and outside the university
- Resource integration
- Personal participation and achievements in promoting service-learning
- Other innovative actions or specific contributions that support the advancement of service-learning
Submit this document electronically.
(3) Other supporting documents and an attachment directory (if applicable): Submit these electronically.

**IV. Application Deadline:**
Both hard copies and electronic files must be submitted to the Service-Learning Unit office (Room L602, 6th Floor, Dailai Building) or sent to shuwei@gms.tcu.edu.tw by 12:00 PM on February 4, 2024 (Saturday).
**V. Rewards for Selected Candidates and Subsequent Matters:**
Faculty members selected as "Excellence Teachers in Service-Learning for the 113th Academic Year" will be eligible for consideration in the "Tzu Chi University Excellence Teacher—Specialized Teaching Contribution Teacher Award." Selected candidates are required to participate in a public sharing session on their teaching experiences at 9:00 AM on April 12, 2025 (Sunday).
