 主  旨  [公告]敬請各單位於過年前進行「歲末除舊佈新大掃除」活動,並於115年02月26日下班前回填資料。[Announcement] Please conduct the "Year-End Cleaning" activity before the Lunar New Year, and submit the data by the end of February 26, 2026.

各位同仁大家好:
一、依本校「師生維護校園環境清潔實施要點」,敬請各單位對自行管理空間(包括:辦公室、研究室、實驗室、討論室...)進行「歲末除舊布新大掃除」清潔工作。可於寒假期間或春節前,自行排定時間實施。

二、各單位應將清潔維護情形拍照存檔,於115年02月26日下班前,以Google 表單連結彙整,將簽陳校長室核閱。

三、祈請全校師生一同響應「歲末除舊佈新大掃除」活動,迎接新年新學期。感恩!

Dear Colleagues,

I. In accordance with the "Guidelines for Maintaining Campus Cleanliness by Faculty and Staff" of this university, we kindly request all units to conduct a thorough cleaning of their respective managed spaces (including offices, research laboratories, experimental rooms, discussion rooms, etc.) as part of the "Year-End Cleaning and Renewal" campaign. You may schedule the cleaning during the winter vacation or before the Lunar New Year.

II. Each unit is required to photograph and archive the results of their cleaning efforts. Please prepare a report in the format provided in the attached table and submit it via the designated Google Form link by 5:00 PM on February 26, 2026, for review by the Office of the President.

III. We sincerely hope that all faculty and staff will join us in responding to this "Year-End Cleaning and Renewal" campaign, welcoming the new year and the upcoming academic term.
