建國校區特定教學及行政空間「門禁啟閉管制」作業
一、指定空間的開關門安排
1.在下列指定空間，每天上班/課前由警衛同仁協助開啟門鎖，下班/課時由值班警衛負責關閉。寒暑假期間依借用情況開關門。
2.行政空間：第一會議室、第二會議室、董事長室
3.特殊教室：E化教室、微觀教室、智耕樓四樓階梯教室
**如有特殊需求，請聯絡總務處事務組窗口借用鑰匙。
二、對於已完成借用申請登記的總務處事務組管理空間：
1.協力樓4F - 國際會議廳
2.圖書館6F樓 - 大禮堂
3.智耕樓B1F - 演藝廳
**仍需直接聯絡總務處事務組窗口進行借領（歸還）。感謝您的配合！
Access Control Procedures for Designated Teaching and Administrative Spaces at Jianguo Campus
I. Door Opening and Closing Arrangements for Designated Spaces
1. For the following designated spaces, security staff will assist in unlocking the doors before the start of work or classes each day, and on-duty security personnel will lock the doors at the end of work or classes. During winter and summer vacation periods, doors will be opened or closed according to usage requests.
2. Administrative spaces: First Conference Room, Second Conference Room, Chairman is Office
3. Special classrooms: E-learning Classroom, Microscopy Classroom, Staircase Classroom on the 4th Floor of Zhigen Building
**For any special requirements, please contact the relevant contact person at the General Affairs Section of the General Affairs Office to borrow keys.
II. For spaces managed by the General Affairs Section of the General Affairs Office that have completed borrowing registration:
1. 4F of Collaboration Building – International Conference Hall
2. 6F of Library – Grand Auditorium
3. B1F of Zhigen Building – Performing Arts Hall
**Keys must still be borrowed (and returned) directly through the relevant contact person at the General Affairs Section of the General Affairs Office. Thank you for your cooperation!
