一、說明會資訊

參加對象：全校教職員生（以教職員優先，學生亦可參加）
二、申請流程
(一)計畫主持人逕向所屬學院／單位提出申請紙本，經各院初審後由學院彙整推薦，並依規定時限送交全球事務處。
(二 )「學海築夢計畫」須經本校交流審查小組審議後，排定各子計畫推薦順序，每校以申請 10 案為限，由本校統一薦送；「新南向學海築夢計畫」則不受案數限制。
三、申請日程
(一)申請期間：115 年 01 月 30 日起至 115 年 02 月 26 日前截止收件
(二)學院送達全球事務處收件截止時間：115 年 03 月 03 日（17:00）前

(2026 *Overseas Internship Program – “Study Abroad Dream Project” and “New Southbound Study Abroad Dream Project” Information Session)
Venue: Online via Google Meet (the link will be provided one day prior to the event)
Participants: All faculty, staff, and students (priority given to faculty and staff; students are also welcome)
II. Application Process
The Principal Investigator (PI) shall submit a hard-copy application to their affiliated college/department. After preliminary review by each college, applications will be consolidated and recommended by the college and submitted to the Office of Global Affairs within the specified deadline.
Applications for the Study Abroad Dream Project must be reviewed by the University Exchange Review Committee, which will determine the recommended order of sub-projects. Each university may submit up to 10 projects in total. All approved applications will be submitted collectively by the University.
Applications for the New Southbound Study Abroad Dream Project are not subject to a limit on the number of submissions.
III. Application Timeline
Application Period: From January 30 to February 26, 2026 (deadline for submission)
Deadline for Colleges to Submit to the Office of Global Affairs: By 5:00 PM on March 3, 2026 |
