二、近三年來，本公司多次接獲反映，有不肖廠商對外口頭謊稱為「松盟科技股份有限公司之子公司」或「關係企業」，並藉此對政府機關進行業務接洽，意圖魚目混珠、誤導承辦單位，以獲取不當利益。本公司特此嚴正聲明如下：
(一)本公司並無任何子公司或關係企業從事用人考試或相關評鑑業務，亦從未授權任何廠商以松盟名義對外承攬、提案或洽談案件。
(二)任何假借本公司名義之行為，均屬不實陳述與冒用名義，本公司除嚴正譴責外，並將採取相應之法律行動，以維護本公司權益與社會公信。
三、若貴單位或合作夥伴曾遭此類誤導或接獲相關說法，懇請不吝提供具體資訊予本公司查證，以共同維護公正與信任。本公司將依據蒐集之事證，採取必要之法律行動，絕不縱容任何假借本公司名義之不法行為。
四、同時，對於已主動向本公司提供資訊、協助澄清之機關與人員，松盟科技股份有限公司謹致誠摯感謝。您們的協助不僅維護了公正與信任，更是對本公司長年努力的肯定與支持。

**Statement Regarding Unauthorized Use of Company Name and Business Activities**
I. Since its establishment, our company has consistently provided examination and assessment services for various government agencies, state-owned enterprises, and educational institutions. We have always adhered to the principles of professionalism, integrity, and rigor in our operations. Over the past decade, we have maintained a steadfast commitment to excellence, earning the trust and confidence of all levels of government agencies and officials. The reputation and goodwill we have built are invaluable assets, and we are proud to be recognized as the leading private provider of examination and assessment services in Taiwan.
II. In recent years, we have received multiple reports indicating that unscrupulous companies have falsely claimed to be subsidiaries or affiliated enterprises of Songmeng Technology Co., Ltd., and have used this false association to contact government agencies for business purposes. Such actions are intended to mislead and deceive relevant units for improper gain. In response, we issue the following formal statement:
(1) Our company does not have any subsidiaries or affiliated enterprises engaged in personnel examinations or related assessment services. Furthermore, we have never authorized any third-party companies to act on our behalf in bidding for projects or conducting business under the name of Songmeng Technology Co., Ltd.
(2) Any unauthorized use of our company's name constitutes false representation and impersonation. We hereby strongly condemn such actions and reserve the right to take appropriate legal measures to protect our rights and uphold public trust.
III. If your agency or partner has been misled by such false claims or has encountered similar situations, we kindly request that you provide us with any relevant information for verification purposes. By working together, we can safeguard fairness and trust. Based on the evidence collected, we will take necessary legal action against any unauthorized use of our company's name.
