二、檢附公益信託星雲大師教育基金公文及「第十六屆三好校園實踐學校選拔與獎勵辦法」各1份，惠請於115年5月31日前依該活動規定踴躍報名參加。

I. This notice is issued in accordance with the letter No. 1140966, dated December 29, 2025, from the Tzu Chi Foundation Education Trust.
II. Enclosed are one copy of the official document from the Tzu Chi Foundation Education Trust and one copy of the "Sixteenth Three Good Campus Practice School Selection and Award Guidelines." Kindly submit your application for participation in accordance with the guidelines before May 31, 2026.
