一、「2026 桃園地景藝術節」為本局推動地景文化政策之重要旗艦計畫，聚焦濱海「珍珠海岸」地景，透過公開徵件方式，廣邀國內外藝術家、建築／景觀創作者及跨領域團隊參與，回應當代地景議題，發展兼具公共性、環境關懷與永續精神之藝術創作。
二、旨揭藝術徵件計畫辦理時程如下：
(一)收件截止日期：115年2月23日。
(二)初審審查日期：115年3月上旬。
(三)複審公告日期：115年3月中旬。
(四)複審會議日期：115年3月下旬。
三、為協助有意投件者瞭解徵件內容及提案方式，訂於下列時間辦理藝術徵件線上說明會：
(一)時間：115年1月26日 (星期一)下午 3 時至 4 時。
(二)線上會議平台：Google Meet。
(三)會議連結：https://meet.google.com/nxf-bkcb-zop。

**Official Announcement**
The "2026 Taoyuan Land Art Festival" is a flagship initiative of this Bureau aimed at promoting landscape culture. The festival focuses on the coastal "Pearl Coast" landscape and invites artists, architects, landscape creators, and interdisciplinary teams from Taiwan and abroad to participate through an open call. The goal is to address contemporary landscape issues and develop artistic works that embody public engagement, environmental concern, and a spirit of sustainability.
The schedule for the art submission process is as follows:
1. **Deadline for Submissions:** February 23, 2026.
2. **First Review Period:** Early March 2026.
3. **Announcement of Shortlisted Proposals:** Mid-March 2026.
4. **Final Review Meeting:** Late March 2026.
To assist potential applicants in understanding the submission requirements and proposal process, an online information session will be held as follows:
