一、旨揭計畫之U-start管考系統自115年1月2日起開放帳號申請，請貴校育成單位先行申請115年帳號（每校育成限1組帳號），申請帳號表單：https://ustartplan.pse.is/8hctbb。
二、另因新舊管考系統轉換作業，待新系統上線啟用後（預計115年1月中），並請貴校育成單位協助創業團隊進行帳號申請，流程如下：
(一)育成單位先於U-start管考系統填寫新增創業團隊資料（含創業團隊名稱、計畫類別、團隊成員人數及團隊代表人等）。
(二)完成新增創業團隊資料後，系統將自動寄送通知信予創業團隊代表人，提供管考系統網址、登入帳號及密碼。
三、旨揭計畫115年度提案申請至115年2月25日（星期三）下午5時截止收件，計畫須知逕至計畫網站下載(https://ustart.yda.gov.tw/)。相關問題請洽本計畫專案辦公室，聯絡電話：02-2331-6086分機7253莫小姐、7213黃小姐、7222范先生，或本案承辦人。
1.The U-start management and control system for the aforementioned program will commence accepting account applications starting from January 2, 2026. Please have your university is incubation unit apply for the 2026 account in advance (one account per university incubation unit is allowed). The application form is available at: https://ustartplan.pse.is/8hctbb.
2.Due to the transition from the old to the new management and control system, after the new system goes live (expected in mid-January 2026), your university is incubation unit is kindly requested to assist entrepreneurial teams with their account applications. The process is as follows:
(1) The incubation unit should first enter the details of the new entrepreneurial team into the U-start management and control system, including the team name, project category, number of team members, and team representative.
(2) After completing the entry of entrepreneurial team details, the system will automatically send a notification email to the team representative, providing the management and control system URL, login username, and password.
3.The deadline for proposal submissions for the 2026 academic year under this program is 5:00 PM on Wednesday, February 25, 2026.
