一、依勞動部114年12月17日勞動發創字第1140520550號函辦理。
二、為協助有意願參加BCM之團隊順利參賽，提供專家學者輔導諮詢，以強化國內參賽團隊提案作品計畫書及介紹影片完整性，爰規劃辦理旨揭工作坊。
三、精進工作坊活動摘述如下（詳如附件簡章）：
(一)時間：115年2月4日（星期三）、3月5日（星期四）、3月10日（星期二）、3月11日（星期三）、3月12日（星期四）、3月17日（星期二）3月18日（星期三）上午9時30分至12時，計7場次。
(二)活動內容：
1、提案啟動工作坊（2月4日，1場）
(1)、輔導老師授課：就相關賽事規則與競賽準備、提案構思與方向選擇、團隊協作與影片簡報演示技巧講解（邀請3位專家學者，每位暫定30分鐘）。
(2)、Q&A時間（30分鐘）。
2、提案深化工作坊（3月5日至3月18日，6場）
(1)、團隊分享（暫定每隊25分鐘，包含團隊報告3分鐘、4位輔導委員回饋20分鐘）。
(2)、Q&A時間（30分鐘）。
(三)辦理方式：採線上辦理。
(四)報名方式：線上報名（網址：https://forms.gle/UPAJfJdZ7Y7ATFj1A ），至115年1月28日（星期三）止。
(五)參加工作坊團隊最多以30隊為原則，倘提案啟動工作坊報名團隊超過時，由主辦單位遴選。

1. This announcement is issued in accordance with the directive from the Ministry of Labor, dated December 17, 2025, under Reference No. 1140520550.
2. To assist teams intending to participate in the Business Creation Competition (BCM), we are organizing a series of workshops featuring expert guidance and consultation. The aim is to strengthen the quality and completeness of domestic teams i proposal documents and presentation videos.
3. The workshop series will be structured as follows (for detailed information, please refer to the attached guidelines):
(1) **Schedule:**
- February 4, 2026 (Wednesday)
- March 5, 2026 (Thursday)
- March 10, 2026 (Tuesday)
- March 11, 2026 (Wednesday)
- March 12, 2026 (Thursday)
- March 17, 2026 (Tuesday)
- March 18, 2026 (Wednesday)
All sessions will be held from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM, totaling seven sessions.
(2) **Workshop Content:**
1. **Proposal Launch Workshop (February 4, one session):**
- **Expert Instruction:** Three experts will provide guidance on competition rules and preparation, proposal development and direction selection, team collaboration, and presentation skills (each expert session is tentatively scheduled for 30 minutes).
- **Q&A Session:** 30 minutes.
2. **Proposal Enhancement Workshops (March 5–March 18, six sessions):**
- **Team Presentations:** Each team will present for approximately 25 minutes (including a 3-minute team report and a 20-minute feedback session from four advisory committee members).
- **Q&A Session:** 30 minutes.
(3) **Format:** The workshops will be conducted online.
(4) **Registration:** Online registration is required via the following link: [https://forms.gle/UPAJfJdZ7Y7ATFj1A]. The registration deadline is January 28, 2026 (Wednesday).
(5) **Participation Limit:** A maximum of thirty teams will be accepted. In the event of an oversubscription for the Proposal Launch Workshop, teams will be selected by the organizing committee.
