說明：
一、依本處《受理學生暑期實習作業要點》（附件1）辦理。
二、請有意申請者參閱上揭作業要點及「115年度大專院校學生暑期實習需求表」（附件2），備齊申請資料（含申請表、履歷自傳、實習計畫）交由學校函送本處，相關表單請至本處官網（https:／／www.cksmh.gov.tw）「政府資訊公開」之行政規則下載。
三、本處將於115年4月30日截止收件後統一辦理審查，並於同年5月中旬函知各校及學生申請結果。
Announcement
**Subject: Summer Internship Application for University Students**
I. This announcement is issued in accordance with the "Guidelines for Accepting Student Summer Internships" (Attachment 1) of this office.
II. Applicants are requested to review the aforementioned guidelines and the "Summer Internship Requirements for University Students in Academic Year 115" (Attachment 2). All required application documents, including the application form, resume, personal statement, and internship proposal, must be prepared and submitted to this office by the respective universities. Relevant forms can be downloaded from the official website of this office (https://www.cksmh.gov.tw) under the "Government Information Disclosure" section.
III. This office will conduct a unified review of all received applications after the deadline of April 30, Academic Year 115. The results will be notified to each university and student by mid-May of the same year.
