一、 因宿舍尚有空床且數量有限，目前仍有同學有住宿需求，請依以下事項辦理，並依順序補床位。
1. 開放時間：2026年1月19日上午10時
2. 截止時間：2026年1月23日中午16時
3. 公告申請結果時間：2026年1月26日、27日（e-mail通知申請者有補到床位），入住時間：2026年2月22日中午12時
4. 床位由宿舍輔導組安排，安排後不得任意更換，無法配合者將取消申請。
5. 逾時申請者將不再受理。
二、 申請資格：
1. 慈濟大學全體符合住宿資格學生。
2. 凡有下列情形且未經學生事務會議資格審核通過者，皆不具有申請資格：
(1) 住宿扣點累積已達60點且尚未完成銷案者。
(2) 因違反宿舍相關規定申誡處分三次以上者。
(3) 宿舍寢室內務訪視連續三次評定不良者。
(4) 經「慈濟大學住宿學生獎懲實施細則」規定勒令退宿者。
(5) 欠繳住宿費者(專案申請通過不在此限)。
三、 申請方式以「慈濟大學學生資訊系統」登錄 → 處理事項 → 報名 → 查詢「114下三校區學生宿舍開放補床位申請三校區學生宿舍」（如附件申請方式）

I. As there are still a limited number of vacant beds in the student dormitories and some students continue to have accommodation needs, please follow the instructions below to apply for available beds. Beds will be assigned in order of application.
1.Application Opening Time: 10:00 a.m., January 19, 2026
2.Application Deadline: 4:00 p.m., January 23, 2026
3.Announcement of Results: January 26–27, 2026
(Applicants who are successfully assigned a bed will be notified by e-mail.)
Move-in Time: 12:00 noon, February 22, 2026
4.Beds will be assigned by the Dormitory Counseling Section. Once assigned, beds may not be changed. Applicants who are unable to comply with the arrangement will have their applications canceled.
5.Late applications will not be accepted.
II. Eligibility:
1.All Tzu Chi University students who meet the dormitory residence eligibility requirements.
2.Students with any of the following conditions, and who have not passed the qualification review by the Student Affairs Committee, are not eligible to apply:
(1) Accumulated 60 or more dormitory demerit points and have not completed case resolution.
(2) Received three or more reprimands for violations of dormitory regulations.
(3) Received unsatisfactory evaluations in dormitory room inspections for three consecutive times.
(4) Ordered to withdraw from the dormitory in accordance with the Regulations Governing Rewards and Disciplinary Measures for Student Dormitory Residents of Tzu Chi University.
(5) Outstanding dormitory fees (except for those with approved special applications).
III. Application Method:
Log in to the Tzu Chi University Student Information System → Services → Registration → Search for “Application for Additional Dormitory Bed Assignment for Students of Three Campuses, Second Semester of Academic Year 114” (please refer to the attached application instructions).
