【代公告】2026年度司法改革論文獎助活動
一、財團法人民間司法改革基金會為推動司法改革，引導政策研究量能並培育人才，特辦理「司法改革論文獎助計畫」，鼓勵學術社群投入司法改革議題之研究。
二、報名方式：
(一)報名時間：自115年6月1日至7月31日受理報名。
(二)報名文件：報名表、論文研究計畫、指導教授或學者專家之推薦信等，請至本獎助計畫頁面下載文件格式：https:／／www.jrf.org.tw/articles/3113
(三)收件方式：請將報名文件之電子檔，以信件標題主旨為「2026年度司法改革論文獎助計畫報名」的電子信件，email到pbz@jrf.org.tw。報名文件送出後，敬請來電確認，聯絡人：潘經理（電話：02-25231178分機16）
三、獎助方式：
(一)對象：本獎助計畫只接受未完成之論文申請，以期達到鼓勵研究之目的、評審作業之公平性。
(二)2026年度司法改革論文重點獎助主題簡列如下：
1、刑事法相關之研究
2、關於死刑制度之實證研究
3、憲法訴訟之比較法研究
4、民事訴訟制度強化事實審之研究
5、司法制度之研究
6、律師制度之研究
7、犯罪被害人權益保障及法制之研究
8、提升司法鑑定品質之研究
9、精神障礙者權利保障之研究
10、其他與民間司改會2026年公布之司改藍圖相關之研究

**2026 Judicial Reform Thesis Grant Program**
I. The Taiwan Foundation for Judicial Reform, a private foundation, is committed to advancing judicial reform by fostering policy research and cultivating talent. To this end, the Foundation is launching the "Judicial Reform Thesis Grant Program" to encourage academic communities to engage in research on judicial reform issues.
II. Application Procedures:
(1) **Application Period:** Applications will be accepted from June 1, 2026, to July 31, 2026.
(2) **Required Documents:** Applicants must submit the following:
- Application Form
- Research Proposal for the Thesis
- Letter of Recommendation from a Supervisor or Academic Expert

(3) **Submission Method:** Please send electronic copies of all application documents via email with the subject line "Application for the 2026 Judicial Reform Thesis Grant Program" to pbz@jrf.org.tw. After submitting your application, kindly contact the program coordinator to confirm receipt.

III. Grant Details:
(1) **Eligibility:** This grant program accepts only applications for theses that have not yet been completed, in order to encourage ongoing research and ensure fairness in the evaluation process.
(2) **Priority Research Themes for 2026:**
1. Research related to criminal law
2. Empirical studies on the death penalty system
3. Comparative law studies on constitutional litigation
4. Research on strengthening factual review in civil litigation systems
5. Research on judicial systems
6. Research on lawyer systems
7. Research on victim rights protection and legal frameworks in criminal cases
8. Research on improving the quality of judicial expert testimony
9. Research on rights protection for persons with mental disabilities
10. Other research topics related to the Taiwan Foundation for Judicial Reform is 2026 Judicial Reform Blueprint
