一、依據文化部115年1月8日文創字第11430361211號函辦理。
二、為鼓勵青少年的藝文參與體驗，促進藝文產業發展，文化部自112年起發放文化禮金，作為看國片、看表演、買書、逛博物館、手座DIY等藝文消費折抵使用。自115年起，文化禮金發放對象為13-22歲每人1,200點文化幣（1點等同新臺幣1元）。
三、有關文化禮金領用方式如下：
(一)誰可以領：凡出生日期在93年1月1日至102年12月31日的，具中華民國國籍或符合資格的外國人士等，皆可領取1,200點文化禮金。
(二)怎麼領取：手機下載「文化幣」APP，輸入手機、密碼及e-mai完成註冊後點選文化禮金，輸入姓名、身分證字號、健保卡號、出生日期、居住地及戶籍地，16-22歲新增輸入「領補換類別」及「發證日期」，通過驗證即可領取使用。
(三)如何使用：自115年1月1日起至115年12月31日止，至全國超過1萬個藝文消費點進行消費折抵。
(四)APP體驗升級：全新會員等級、蒐集徽章任務、週簽到獎勵，在探索藝文的過程中，一路升級，不僅可以獲得加碼文化幣，還有機會把聯名IP周邊商品帶回家（聯名IP周邊商品抽/贈獎規則另於文化幣官網公告）。
(五)有哪些優惠：
1、獨立書店點數放大：尋找貼有「本店適用獨立書店點數放大專案」識別標誌的獨立書店，每消費2點回饋1點，回饋點數最高為當年度文化禮金50%，回饋上限600點。
2、表演藝術5折青年席位：以青年易於入手之優惠優惠價格，提供包含劃定視線優良區域之「青年席位」，以及可自由選位之「五折自由座」。
3、結伴看國片及青春早安場：多人同行看國片，只要其中1人單次使用文化幣購票消費達350點以上，即可獲得加碼100點回饋點數，回饋次數無上限。在115年1月1日至115年3月31日期間限定推出青春早安場全時段2點送1點，消費達350點，回饋200點。
4、單筆消費滿200點立即抽獎：單筆消費滿200點就立即抽獎，抽獎次數不限。抽獎結果於系統馬上呈現即可使用。
5、邀請好友回饋：已領取文化成年禮金的青年，只要邀請2名好友成功領取即可獲贈30點，之後每邀請1名好友即可獲得10點，回饋無上限。

I. This announcement is issued in accordance with the Ministry of Culture is official letter No. 文創字第11430361211號 dated January 8, 2024.
II. To encourage youth participation in cultural and artistic activities and promote the development of the cultural industry, the Ministry of Culture has been distributing Cultural Vouchers since 2023. These vouchers can be used as discounts for watching local films, attending performances, purchasing books, visiting museums, and participating in DIY workshops. Starting from 2025, each eligible individual aged between 13 and 22 will receive 1,200 Cultural Points (1 point equivalent to NT$1).
III. The method for claiming the Cultural Voucher is as follows:
(1) **Eligibility**: Any individual born between January 1, 1993, and December 31, 2003, who holds Taiwanese nationality or meets the eligibility criteria for foreign nationals, may claim 1,200 Cultural Points.
(2) **How to Claim**: Download the “Cultural Points” mobile application on your smartphone. After registering with your mobile number, password, and email address, select the Cultural Voucher option. Enter your name, ID number, National Health Insurance card number, date of birth, place of residence, and registered address. Individuals aged between 16 and 22 must also input “Benefit Category” and “Issuance Date.” Upon successful verification, you will be able to use your Cultural Points.
(3) **How to Use**: From January 1 to December 31 of this academic year (2025), you can use your Cultural Points at over 10,000 cultural consumption venues nationwide as a discount for purchases.
(4) **APP Experience Upgrade**: The new membership levels, badge collection missions, and weekly check-in rewards will enhance your journey in exploring cultural activities. Not only can you earn additional Cultural Points through these features, but you also have the chance to win co-branded IP merchandise (the rules for co-branded IP merchandise giveaways will be announced separately on the official Cultural Points website).
(5) **Available Discounts**:
- **Independent Bookstore Bonus Points**: Look for independent bookstores with the “Independent Bookstore Bonus Points Program” identification mark. For every NT$2 spent at these bookstores, you will receive an additional NT$1 in bonus points. The maximum bonus points are capped at 50% of your annual Cultural Voucher allocation or up to 600 points.
- **50% Off Youth Seats for Performing Arts**: Enjoy discounted prices for designated “Youth Seats” in premium viewing areas or flexible seating options with a 50% discount.
- **Group Movie Viewing and Morning Shows**: When watching a local film with friends and one person uses at least NT$350 in Cultural Points for a single purchase, you will receive an additional NT$100 in bonus points. There is no limit to the number of times this reward can be claimed. From January 1 to March 31 of this academic year (2025), enjoy a special promotion where every NT$350 spent during morning shows will earn you an additional NT$200 in bonus points.
- **Instant Lottery for Single Purchases Over NT$200**: For any single purchase over NT$200, you are eligible to participate in an instant lottery. There is no limit to the number of times you can participate in this lottery; results are displayed immediately on the system.
- **Invite Friends for Bonus Points**: Young individuals who have claimed their Cultural Voucher can invite two friends to successfully claim their vouchers and receive an additional NT$30. Afterward, each additional friend invited will earn NT$10 in bonus points with no upper limit.
