*詳細內容,請參考相關網址查詢。 **Course Objectives:**
This course is designed to assist participants in obtaining the five essential international certifications required for the wind power industry—GWO Basic Safety Training (BST)—as part of internationally recognized certification training, not an introductory or experiential program. The curriculum aims to cultivate competencies aligned with offshore wind farm safety standards, enabling participants to become immediately employable upon completion. In addition to enhancing professional knowledge, the course covers global wind power trends, wind turbine structural systems, maritime engineering, operations and maintenance management, and professional English, thereby establishing a multidisciplinary foundation and clarifying future career directions.
The program also emphasizes employability in foreign companies by providing English resume reviews, mock interviews, workplace English communication training, and specialized terminology instruction. This equips participants with a competitive edge in responding to recruitment processes by international firms. Furthermore, the course includes field visits, expert lectures, and job-matching events, allowing participants direct interaction with domestic and international companies. Participants will also be recommended by the center to enterprises within the wind power industry chain, significantly enhancing their overall employment prospects.
The primary goal of this course is to facilitate the transition of recent graduates and unemployed youth into employment within the wind power industry.
If participants meet the eligibility criteria set by the Ministry of Labor—Taiwanese nationals aged 18–29 who are unemployed (excluding daytime students)—they will be entitled to 100% tuition fee reimbursement.
