一、本校114學年度入學新生、轉學生、復學生在學役男(含碩、博士生)申請之兵役緩徵,均已獲各縣市政府核准在案,因事關個人服役權益,如對此有任何疑問者,請於2月23日開學日至學務處生輔組洽詢。
二、有關95年次以前出生且已服役(已服常備役、補充役及利用兩次暑假完成二階段軍事訓練)之同學,因汝等已具有後備軍人身分,本校亦會於2月23日開學後會向各地區後備指揮部提出儘後召集申請,請同學於返校後即至生輔組繳交退伍令影印證明,俾便辦理後續申請相關事宜,若已辦理者,可不予理會。(中央校區-程曾廣智校安、介仁校區-張世超校安、建國校區-張加琨教官 )
三、另延畢生欲辦理延長修業兵役緩徵申請事宜,有關碩、博士研究生的部分,在此提出說明:
(一)碩士生:新生入學時,申請兵役緩徵是以2年為期限,若您2年到期後因故未畢業,就得於每學期開學前,填寫延畢生身分確認申請表,並於表內註明延長修業截止日期,展延日期以1學期或1學年為限。
(二)博士生:新生入學時,申請兵役緩徵是以4年為期限,若您4年到期後因故未畢業,就得於每學期開學前,填寫延畢生身分確認申請表,並於表內註明延長修業截止時間,展延日期以1學期或1學年為限。
四、申請延畢之同學,亦請您於2月23日開學前填寫延畢生身分確認申請表(如附件所示),並經有關師長審核簽章後繳交至生輔組,以利本組為您辦理延長修業兵役緩徵事宜。
五、本校在學役男就學期間若有選修全民國防教育課程,於學校畢業後欲申請兵役折抵者,請本人或是委託人先至教務處註冊組申請成績單,嗣後再拿成績單至學務處生輔組辦理兵役折抵。

**Notice Regarding Military Service Deferment and Related Procedures for Students**
1. All applicants for military service deferment among newly enrolled students, transfer students, and returning students (including master is and doctoral candidates) for the academic year 114 have been approved by the respective county and city governments. As this concerns individual rights regarding military service, any inquiries should be directed to the Student Affairs Office, Student Support Section, during the period from the start of the semester on February 23.
2. For students born before 1995 who have already completed their military service (including regular service, supplementary service, or completion of two phases of military training during summer vacations), as you are already recognized as reserve military personnel, the university will submit applications for delayed recall to the local reserve command after the semester begins on February 23. Upon returning to campus, please present a copy of your discharge certificate to the Student Support Section to facilitate subsequent procedures. If you have already completed this process, no further action is required.

3. Regarding applications for extension of study-related military service deferment for students who wish to graduate late, the following applies to master is and doctoral candidates:
(1) Master is Students: When applying for military service deferment upon initial enrollment, the deferment is granted for a period of two years. If you have not graduated by the end of this period, you must submit a "Confirmation Form for Late Graduation Status" before each semester begins, specifying the extended deadline for graduation. Extensions are granted for one semester or one academic year at a time.
(2) Doctoral Students: When applying for military service deferment upon initial enrollment, the deferment is granted for a period of four years. If you have not graduated by the end of this period, you must submit a "Confirmation Form for Late Graduation Status" before each semester begins, specifying the extended deadline for graduation. Extensions are granted for one semester or one academic year at a time.
4. Students wishing to apply for an extension of study should complete the "Confirmation Form for Late Graduation Status" (see attachment) before February 23 and have it reviewed and signed by relevant faculty members before submitting it to the Student Support Section to facilitate processing of your application for an extension of study-related military service deferment.
5. For students currently enrolled who have taken courses in National Defense Education and wish to apply for credit toward their military service after graduation, please first obtain a transcript from the Registrar is Office in the Academic Affairs Division. Subsequently, present this transcript to the Student Support Section in the Student Affairs Office to process your application for credit toward military service.
