各位老師您好:

本學年度寒假期間(115/1/12~2/22)本校專任教師之寒休規定及注意事項如下:
一、一般教師:
  應上班期間為寒假開始後一週 (115/1/12~1/16)及開學前一週(115/2/9~2/13),餘則為寒
  休。但寒休期間應依學校或系所主管等需要到校參加會議、辦理活動或奉派參加校外會議、
  實習(或見習)學生訪視、擔任學生寒修課程教師…等,不另補休。
二、寒休期間,護理學系等因實習課程需要而上班教師,應依其實際上班日數,另於非寒休期間
  補休,得不受前款規定辦理。
三、兼行政教師(含兼學術主管):依第一款規定上班外,寒休期間(115/1/19~1/30)二週至少到
  校四個全天或八個半天(以二週為單位排班積休),(115/2/2-2/6)至少排兩個全天或四個半
  天,除因公差外(得併計入應到校上班日數),不足部分以本學年度或新學年度之特休假請休
  。
四、一般教師請依第一、二款規定辦理。兼主管職務之教師及帶實習課程之教師,寒休期間之上
  班時間,需以排訂班表方式辦理,並請於115年1月14日(週三)前完成。
五、即日起可登入校務資訊系統填表:人資處-人力資源處-班表設定,排班方式請參閱附件之說
  明。
ANNOUNCEMENT TO ALL FACULTY MEMBERS

**Winter Recess Arrangements and Guidelines for Regular Faculty Members (Academic Year 2024)**

Dear Colleagues,

During the winter recess period (January 12 to February 22, 2024), the following regulations and guidelines apply to regular faculty members:

**1. General Faculty Members:**
- The required working periods are the first week after the start of winter recess (January 12–16, 2024) and the week before the resumption of classes (February 9–13, 2024). All other days during this period are designated as winter recess.
- During the winter recess, faculty members may be required to attend meetings, participate in activities, or represent the university at external conferences, visit students on clinical internships, or teach winter session courses. These activities do not qualify for additional compensatory leave.

**2. Faculty Members with Clinical Internship Responsibilities:**
- For faculty members in departments such as Nursing who must work due to clinical internship requirements during winter recess, compensatory leave should be arranged during non-winter recess periods. These faculty members are exempt from the provisions outlined in Section 1.

**3. Faculty Members with Administrative Duties (Including Academic Administrators):**
- In addition to the required working periods specified in Section 1, faculty members with administrative duties must be present on campus for at least four full days or eight half-days during the two-week period of January 19–30, 2024 (scheduled in two-week blocks), and at least two full days or four half-days during February 2–6, 2024. Except for official business trips (which may be counted toward required working days), any shortfall must be covered by taking special leave for this academic year or the next academic year.

**4. Implementation and Scheduling:**
- General faculty members should follow the provisions outlined in Sections 1 and 2.
- Faculty members holding administrative positions or those responsible for clinical internship courses must schedule their working hours during winter recess using a roster system. Please complete your schedule by January 14, 2024 (Friday).

**5. Submission of Schedules:**
- Starting immediately, please log in to the Institutional Information System to submit your schedule under "Human Resources – Roster Setting." For instructions on scheduling, please refer to the attached document.
