一、依據農業部115年1月2日農護字第1140073567號函辦理。
二、依據動物福利白皮書「策略三：建構寵物之動物福利標準、深化飼主與業者管理」項目，本指南係為提供飼主正確飼養哺乳類寵物之指導，業公開發布於農業部動物保護資訊網(首頁/我想了解專區/同伴動物，網址：https://gov.tw/cNY）。
三、農業部亦與人事行政總處公務人力發展學院合作錄製相關數位課程（網址：https://elearn.hrd.gov.tw/info/10045521及https://2elearn.hrd.gov.tw/info/10045520），介紹寵物飼養之基礎應注意事項
**Announcement**
I. This notice is issued in accordance with the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry is official letter No. 1140073567 dated January 2, 2026.
II. In line with the Animal Welfare White Paper is Strategy Three—“Establishing animal welfare standards for companion animals and strengthening management of pet owners and businesses”—this guideline aims to provide pet owners with proper guidance on the care of mammalian pets. It has been publicly released on the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry is Animal Protection Information Website (Homepage / “What I Want to Know” section / Companion Animals, URL: https://gov.tw/cNY).
III. The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry has also collaborated with the Personnel Training Center of the General Personnel Administration to produce related digital courses (URLs: https://elearn.hrd.gov.tw/info/10045521 and https://2elearn.hrd.gov.tw/info/10045520), introducing basic matters to be mindful of when keeping pets.
