一、說明會資訊

參加對象：全校教職員生（以教職員優先，學生亦可參加）
二、申請流程
(一)計畫主持人逕向所屬學院／單位提出申請紙本，經各院初審後由學院彙整推薦，並依規定時限送交全球事務處。
(二 )「學海築夢計畫」須經本校交流審查小組審議後，排定各子計畫推薦順序，每校以申請 10 案為限，由本校統一薦送；「新南向學海築夢計畫」則不受案數限制。
三、申請日程
(一)申請期間：115 年 01 月 30 日起至 115 年 02 月 28 日止
(二)學院送達全球事務處收件截止時間：115 年 03 月 03 日（17:00）前
四、審查標準
(一)選送學生於國外實習機構之實習期間，應至少連續 28 日，補助期限最長以一學年為限；惟赴印尼實習者，應至少連續 25 日。
(二)選送學生赴國外具發展潛力或符合臺灣長期發展優勢之企業或機構進行實習者，優先考量。
(三)依據「慈濟大學辦理教育部學海系列補助作業要點」及「慈濟大學學生海外交流辦法」之審理原則辦理。(114年12月19日第217次行政會議修正通過 版本)
(四)學海築夢計畫：依本校獲教育部核定之補助經費，由審查委員會議分配各計畫補助額度。
新南向學海築夢計畫：依教育部核定之補助經費辦理。
五、本公告相關事項，均依【教育部鼓勵國內大專校院選送學生出國研修或國外專業實習補助要點】辦理。

**I. Information Session Details**

- **Date:** January 29, 2026 (Thursday), 12:30–13:30 (approximately 1 hour)
- **Registration:** Non-Certified Activity, Reference No. 11500008 (2026 Academic Year "Dream Building Overseas Internship" and "New Southbound Dream Building Overseas Internship" Information Session)
- **Venue:** Online via Google Meet (link will be notified one day prior to the event)
- **Eligibility:** All faculty, staff, and students of the university (faculty and staff priority; students are also welcome to attend)
**II. Application Process**
1. The principal investigator shall submit a paper application directly to their respective college/unit. After preliminary review by the college, applications will be consolidated and recommended by the college for submission to the Office of Global Affairs within the stipulated timeframe.
2. For the "Dream Building Overseas Internship Program," applications must be reviewed by the university is exchange review committee to determine the order of recommendations. Each college is limited to recommending up to 10 applications, which will be submitted collectively by the university. For the "New Southbound Dream Building Overseas Internship Program," there is no limit on the number of applications.
**III. Application Timeline**
1. **Application Period:** January 30, 2026, to February 28, 2026
2. **Deadline for Colleges to Submit Applications to the Office of Global Affairs:** March 3, 2026, by 17:00
**IV. Review Criteria**
1. Selected students must complete an internship abroad for at least 28 consecutive days; the maximum subsidy period is one academic year. However, internships in Indonesia require a minimum of 25 consecutive days.
2. Priority will be given to students selected for internships at enterprises or institutions abroad that have development potential or align with Taiwan is long-term development advantages.
3. The review will be conducted in accordance with the "Guidelines for Tzu Chi University is Implementation of MOE Overseas Internship Subsidies" and the "Tzu Chi University Student Overseas Exchange Regulations" (revised on December 19, 2025, at the 217th Administrative Meeting).
4. For the "Dream Building Overseas Internship Program," subsidy amounts for each project will be allocated by the review committee based on funds approved by the Ministry of Education (MOE). For the "New Southbound Dream Building Overseas Internship Program," subsidies will be provided according to funds approved by the MOE.
**V. All matters related to this notice shall be governed by the "Guidelines for Subsidizing Domestic Universities i Selection of Students for Overseas Research or Professional Internships." |
