一、依據內政部114年12月30日台內地字第11400505152號函辦理。
二、為健全住宅租賃關係，協助住宅租賃承租人維護其合法租賃權益，依租賃住宅市場發展及管理條例第14條第1項、同條例施行細則第3條之1及113年8月1日訂頒生效之「住宅租賃糾紛法律扶助規定」，內政部業已公告委託法扶基金會辦理115年度住宅租賃糾紛處理及諮詢業務。

I. This notice is issued in accordance with the letter No. 11400505152 dated December 30, 2025, from the Ministry of the Interior.
II. To promote a sound residential rental relationship and assist tenants in safeguarding their legitimate rental rights, the Ministry of the Interior has entrusted the Legal Aid Foundation to handle and provide consultation services for residential rental disputes in the year 2026, pursuant to Article 14, Paragraph 1 of the Residential Rental Market Development and Management Act, Article 3-1 of its Implementing Rules, and the "Regulations on Legal Aid for Residential Rental Disputes," which came into effect on August 1, 2024.
III. Relevant information regarding this matter has been simultaneously posted on the Ministry's Rental Housing Service Information Website.
