各位老師您好:

本學年度寒假期間(115/1/12~2/22)本校專任教師之寒休規定及注意事項如下:

一、一般教師:
  應上班期間為寒假開始後一週 (115/1/12~1/16)及開學前一週(115/2/9~2/13),餘則為寒
  休。但寒休期間應依學校或系所主管等需要到校參加會議、辦理活動或奉派參加校外會議、
  實習(或見習)學生訪視、擔任學生寒修課程教師…等,不另補休。
二、寒休期間,護理學系等因實習課程需要而上班教師,應依其實際上班日數,另於非寒休期間
  補休,得不受前款規定辦理。
三、兼行政教師(含兼學術主管):依第一款規定上班外,寒休期間(115/1/19~2/6)每二週至少
  到校八個半天(以二週為單位排班積休),期間除因公差外(得併計入應到校上班日數),不足
  部分以本學年度或新學年度之特休假請休。
四、一般教師請依第一、二款規定辦理。兼主管職務之教師及帶實習課程之教師,寒休期間之上
  班時間,需以排訂班表方式辦理,並請於115年1月14日(週三)前完成。
五、即日起可登入校務資訊系統填表:人資處-人力資源處-班表設定,排班方式請參閱附件之說
  明。

Dear Faculty Members,

During the winter vacation period of this academic year (Jan 12, 2026 to Feb 22, 2026), the regulations and guidelines for winter leave for full-time faculty members are as follows:

**I. General Faculty Members:**
The required working periods are the first week after the start of winter vacation (Jan 12–16, 2026) and the week before the start of the new semester (Feb 9–13, 2026). The remaining period constitutes winter leave. However, during winter leave, faculty members may be required to attend meetings, participate in activities, or represent the university at external conferences, visit students on clinical practice (or internship), or teach winter session courses. These activities do not qualify for additional compensatory leave.

**II. Faculty Members in Clinical Practice-Related Departments:**
For faculty members in departments such as Nursing who must work due to clinical practice course requirements during winter leave, compensatory leave should be arranged during non-winter leave periods based on their actual working days. These faculty members are not subject to the provisions outlined in Section I.

**III. Faculty Members with Administrative Duties (including academic supervisors):**
In addition to the required working periods outlined in Section I, during the winter leave period (Jan 19–Feb 6, 2026), these faculty members must work at least eight half-days every two weeks (schedules should be arranged in two-week blocks). Except for official business trips (which may be counted toward required working days), any shortfall must be compensated using special leave allocated for this academic year or the next academic year.

**IV. General Faculty Members:**
General faculty members should follow the provisions outlined in Sections I and II. Faculty members with supervisory roles or those teaching clinical practice courses must arrange their working schedules during winter leave by setting up a roster. Please complete this process by Jan 14, 2026 (Wednesday).

**V. Submission of Schedules:**
Starting immediately, faculty members may log into the Institutional Management System to fill out forms under "Human Resources – Schedule Setting." For instructions on scheduling methods, please refer to the attached document.
