每年畢業季，有數十萬名學生踏入職場。為協助青年提早認識自我與就業方向，勞動部勞動力發展署－北基宜花金馬分署青年職涯發展中心推出【提升大專院校暨社福團體職涯培力】計畫，透過講座、職涯探索與企業參訪等多元形式，陪伴青年探索興趣、了解產業，順利銜接職場。
申請與補助說明
◆ 活動申請
活動全年皆可申請，安排時間以 1 月中-6 月、8 月-11 月 為主。
請於活動前 1-2 個月 提供2-3個可行日期，以利協調安排，申請採 隨到隨審。
◆ 餐費補助
若活動時間跨午，可申請餐費補助。
◆ 遊覽車補助
適用 20-40 人（含隨行老師與工作人員）。
由中心協助訂車，僅提供「學校 ↔ 企業」往返，不可中途上下車。
◆ 保險補助
由中心代為辦理旅平險。
活動前請協助完成名冊與資料填寫，活動當日學生需親簽保險同意書。
◆ 講師鐘點費補助
可協助安排職涯諮詢師、專題講師或業界人士入校分享。
各項補助細節與核銷方式，將由中心承辦人員於活動洽談時再行說明。

**Announcement: Call for Applications – Career Development Enhancement Program for Universities and Social Welfare Organizations**
As graduation season approaches, tens of thousands of students enter the workforce each year. To assist young people in gaining early self-awareness and clarifying their career paths, the Youth Career Development Center of the North, Keelung, Yilan, Hualien, Kinmen, and Matsu Branch of the Labor Development Agency, Ministry of Labor, Taiwan, is launching the **"Career Empowerment Enhancement Program for Universities and Social Welfare Organizations."** Through a variety of activities—including lectures, career exploration workshops, and company visits—the program aims to guide youth in discovering their interests, understanding industry trends, and smoothly transitioning into the workplace.
This program has been in operation since May 2019. Starting now, university professors, student organizations, and social welfare organizations are all invited to submit applications.
**Application and Grant Guidelines**
- **Event Application**
Applications are accepted throughout the year. Events are primarily scheduled between January to June and August to November.
Please provide 2–3 feasible dates at least one to two months prior to your preferred event date to facilitate coordination. Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- **Meal Allowance**
A meal allowance is available for events that span lunchtime.
- **Coach Bus Allowance**
Applicable for groups of 20–40 participants (including accompanying teachers and staff).
The center will arrange coach transportation exclusively for round trips between the university and the company; no stops are permitted en route.
- **Insurance Allowance**
The center will arrange travel insurance on behalf of participants.
Please assist in completing participant lists and required documentation prior to the event. Students must personally sign an insurance consent form on the day of the event.
- **Lecturer Honorarium Allowance**
The center can assist in arranging career counselors, guest speakers, or industry professionals to visit your institution for presentations.
Further details regarding all allowances and reimbursement procedures will be provided by center staff during application discussions.
