一、目的: 落實「數據驅動」與「敘事轉型」的核心策略，協助本校各單位成為具備診斷與解決問題能力的策略規劃者。
二、活動資訊

• 活動時間：08:30 - 17:30
• 活動地點：中央校區 B106 教室
• 參加對象：高教深耕計畫主冊與附冊計畫主持人、各院系主管、行政單位主管、計畫撰寫執行人員、校務研究(IR)相關人員。

I. Purpose:
To implement the core strategies of "Data-Driven" and "Transformation by Narrative", this initiative aims to assist all units within the university in becoming strategic planners equipped with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues.

- Participants: Principal Investigators of the Higher Education Sprout Project and its Sub-plans, Deans and Department Heads, Heads of Administrative Units, Personnel Responsible for Plan Writing, and Staff Involved in Institutional Research (IR).
