**Announcement**
The National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) is now accepting applications for the "Advanced Silicon-Based Semiconductor Equipment Key Technology R&D Project" for the year 115. All applications must be submitted to the Council by Wednesday, February 25, 115. Applications received after this deadline will not be accepted. Please take note and kindly forward this information to relevant parties.
