**Announcement**
The National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) is pleased to announce a joint call for proposals for the 2027 Taiwan-Canada (NSTC-NSERC) Bilateral Agreement International Collaborative Research Program (3-year term), in collaboration with the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC). The first stage, which involves submission of Letters of Intent (LOIs), will accept applications until March 27, 2026. Submissions received after this deadline will not be considered. Please take note and kindly circulate this information.
