一、活動簡介：本競賽以《RE:Sound 回聲》為活動主題，邀請青年以「聲音」、「永續」為核心進行創作，不限音樂類型、發聲媒材與工具。
二、報名資格：
(一)活動對象年齡：具中華民國國籍，年滿18歲至35歲者。
(二)個人身份或是2人以上團體方式報名皆可。
(三)凡獲選者皆須依規定參與辦理單位規劃之「永續工作坊」與「音樂工作坊」各至少一次，以利深化計畫內容並促進跨領域的創作交流與學習。
三、報名組別：
(一)在學組：需為本國政府立案之學校在學學生（需年滿 18 歲）或其所組成之團隊。
(二) 一般組：35歲以下。
四、活動時程：
(一)徵件時間：即日起至115（以下同）年3月23日。
(二)專題工作坊：1月至3月。
(三)初選：3月30日至4月17日。
(四)決選：4月29日至4月30日。
(五)甄選結果公佈：預計4月底。
(六)演出輔導課程：預計5月。
(七)參與本市大型節慶活動演出暨受獎：暫定6月19日至6月21日。
五、報名方式：即日起至3月23日（星期一）23時59分以前，以線上方式至指定表單連結填寫並上傳以下報名資料。

(四)報名資料：
1、甄選報名表（含基本資料、演出企劃書）。
2、甄選切結書1份（詳見甄選辦法）。
3、作品音檔：繳交報名作品之音樂檔案總長度6分鐘內，同時提繳mp3 以及 wav 兩種音樂檔案格式，儲存於雲端並提供下載連結，決選作品需與報名作品相同。
六、獎項與獎金：
(一)首獎一名，獎金新臺幣 30,000 元、獎狀乙幀。
(二)特別獎兩名，獎金新臺幣5,000 元、獎狀乙幀。

**Announcement: RE:Sound Echoes – Youth Sound Creation Competition**

**I. Event Overview**
The RE:Sound Echoes competition invites young creators to produce works centered on the themes of "sound" and "sustainability." Participants are encouraged to explore any music genre, sound medium, or tool of their choice.
**II. Eligibility Criteria**
(1) Age Requirement: Open to citizens of the Republic of China aged 18 to 35.
(2) Participants may register as individuals or in groups of two or more.
(3) All selected participants are required to attend at least one session each of the "Sustainability Workshop" and "Music Workshop" organized by the event coordinators. This is intended to deepen project content and foster interdisciplinary creative exchange and learning.
**III. Categories**
(1) Student Category: Open to currently enrolled students (aged 18 or older) at schools recognized by the government in Taiwan, or teams composed of such students.
(2) General Category: Open to individuals under the age of 35.
**IV. Schedule**
(1) Submission Period: From today until March 23, 2026 (all dates refer to the year 115 unless otherwise specified).
(2) Specialized Workshops: January to March.
(3) Preliminary Selection: March 30 to April 17.
(4) Final Selection: April 29 to April 30.
(5) Announcement of Results: Expected by the end of April.
(6) Performance Coaching Sessions: Expected in May.
(7) Participation in Major City Festivals and Award Ceremony: Tentatively scheduled for June 19–21.
**V. Registration Process**
From today until March 23 (Monday), at 23:59, please submit your application online via the designated form links and upload the following documents:

(4) Required Documents:
- Application Form (including basic information and performance proposal).
- One signed Statement of Commitment (see competition guidelines for details).
- Audio File(s): Submit your entry as a music file with a total duration of no more than six minutes. Provide both MP3 and WAV formats, stored in the cloud with download links. The final selection must match the submitted entry.
**VI. Prizes**
(1) Grand Prize (1 winner): NT$30,000 cash prize and a certificate.
(2) Special Prizes (2 winners): NT$5,000 cash prize each and a certificate.
