主旨：
檢送本部116學年度數位學習碩士在職專班、數位學習境外學生專班「碩士班」及「博士班」申請說明會暨115年度第1梯次數位學習課程認證說明會議程及報名資訊，敬請轉知貴校教師及相關人員報名參加，請查照。
說明：
一、本部116學年度數位學習碩士在職專班、數位學習境外學生專班「碩士班」及「博士班」暨115年度第1梯次數位學習課程認證申請作業將於115年2月1日至28日(遇假日延至3月2日）受理，每年分2月及8月受理2梯次，詳細申請說明，另函通知各校。
二、為協助有興趣申請數位學習專班及課程認證之學校及教師瞭解相關申請規定，特於115年1月辦理說明會，場次及時間如下：
(一)1月12日上午、1月14日上午：數位學習課程認證規定及指標說明會。
(二)1月15日上午：116學年度數位學習碩士在職專班、數位學習境外學生專班「碩士班」及「博士班」申請說明會。
三、均採線上會議，即日起開放網路報名。
(一)請至認證網（https:／／ace.moe.gov.tw）首頁-＞活動專區-＞活動報名專區，報名截止時間：數位學習課程認證說明會為115年1月7日、數位學習專班說明會為115年1月12日（一）。
(二)會議相關內容會前將公布於認證網，請自行下載。

Enclosed are the agenda and registration information for the Information Session on the Application for the 116th Academic Year Digital Learning Master is Program for Working Professionals and the Digital Learning Master is/Doctoral Programs for International Students, as well as the 1st Session of Digital Learning Course Accreditation in the 115th Academic Year. Kindly forward this information to relevant faculty and staff at your institution for their reference.
**Explanation:**
1. The application period for the 116th Academic Year Digital Learning Master is Program for Working Professionals and the Digital Learning Master is/Doctoral Programs for International Students, as well as the 1st Session of Digital Learning Course Accreditation in the 115th Academic Year, will be from February 1 to February 28, 2024 (extended to March 2, 2024 if a holiday falls within this period). Applications are accepted twice a year, in February and August. Detailed application guidelines will be communicated separately to each institution.
2. To assist interested institutions and faculty in understanding the relevant application requirements for digital learning programs and course accreditation, an information session will be held in January 2024. The schedule is as follows:
- January 12 and January 14 (morning sessions): Information Session on Digital Learning Course Accreditation Guidelines and Criteria.
- January 15 (morning session): Information Session on Applications for the 116th Academic Year Digital Learning Master is Program for Working Professionals and the Digital Learning Master is/Doctoral Programs for International Students.
3. All sessions will be conducted online. Registration is now open.
- Please visit the Accreditation Website (https://ace.moe.gov.tw) > Event Zone > Event Registration Zone to register. The registration deadline is January 7, 2024, for the Digital Learning Course Accreditation Information Session, and January 12, 2024, for the Digital Learning Program Information Session.
- Relevant session materials will be posted on the Accreditation Website prior to the event; please download them accordingly.
