各位師長好:
本校已於114/12/29召開114學年度第1次「教學優良教師遴選會議」會議,依據會議決議,敬請各院/業務單位協助事項如下:
一、敬請各學院及/業務單位協助辦理113學年度優良教師推薦事宜。
並於115年3月10日前檢具(1)遴選會議記錄、(2)推薦教師名冊(附件2)、(3)教學資料評分表、(4)教學優良教師候選人評鑑資料表(附件3)向本校「教學優良教師遴選委員會」推薦(承辦單位:教師專業組)。
備註1:「教師教學資料評分表」,由各院依據學院的教學優良教師遴選辦法訂定之。
備註2:推薦教師名冊(附件2) 請核章後掃描、教學資料評分表等繳交電子檔即可。
備註3:教學優良教師候選人評鑑資料表(附件3)請以PDF檔格式繳交電子檔,上傳至雲端

二、各學院及相關業務單位推薦名額:
(一)醫學院11名
護理學院6名、
生物醫學科技學院1名
智慧永續管理學院2名
人文傳播暨社會科學院 3名
博雅天空書院2名
(二)特色教學貢獻教師獎之候選人以下列方式推薦
(1)由業務單位:如服務學習組、數位教學組等擬定遴選方法之後,各推薦1名
(2)由各學院推薦一名以上具該學院教學特色之教師
(3)教師自行推薦送資料至本校優良教師遴選委員會議。
三、「慈濟大學教學優良教師獎勵辦法」第九條候選人資格,經114/10/15第132次校務會議修正通過如下:
第九條 候選人須符合以下各款資格:
本校專任教師(含臨床教師)及專案教師。
(一)本校專任教師(含臨床教師)及專案教師。
(二)在本校任教二年(含)以上,且最近一年授課時數(含抵減)達本校基本授課時數標準之90%。
(三)通過本校最近一次教學評鑑及教師評鑑者,惟尚未接受或免接受教師評鑑者不在此限。
四、校級教學優良教師評選作業含「公開演分享」項目,敬請各學院及業務單位候選人準備每人4分鐘,分享內容於第二次教學優良教師遴選會議(114/4/12(日)_上午9點召開)中進行發表。
備註:
(一)候選人演講時間為每人4分鐘,由候選人分享其教學理念、成果或成就,另委員提問與候選人回答4分鐘,共8分鐘。
(二)入選老師(進入校級遴選),除公務因素之外,必須親自到現場發表與互動,作為遴選必要條件。
(三)候選人將書面完整資料,上傳雲端以利評審全面了解其教學表現
Dear Faculty and Staff,
The first meeting of the "Outstanding Teaching Faculty Selection Committee" for the 114th Academic Year was convened on December 29, 2025. In accordance with the committee is resolutions, we kindly request the assistance of all colleges and administrative units with the following:
I. Call for Recommendations: Outstanding Teaching Faculty (113th Academic Year)
We invite you to recommend outstanding teaching faculty members for the 113th Academic Year. Please submit all relevant documents to the Outstanding Teaching Faculty Selection Committee (c/o Faculty Professional Section) by March 10, 2026.

Minutes of the selection meeting
List of Recommended Teachers (Attachment 2)
Teaching Performance Evaluation Form
Evaluation Form for Candidates (Attachment 3)
Important Notes:
The "Teaching Performance Evaluation Form" shall be prepared in accordance with each college is specific criteria for selecting outstanding faculty.
Submission Format:
Attachment 2: Please scan and submit the list only after it has been stamped and approved.
Evaluation Forms: Electronic submissions are acceptable.
Attachment 3 (Candidate Evaluation Form): Must be submitted as a PDF and uploaded to the cloud folder linked below.

II. Recommended Quotas
College of Medicine: 11 candidates
College of Nursing: 6 candidates
College of Biomedical Technology: 1 candidate
College of Smart and Sustainable Management: 2 candidates
College of Humanities, Communication, and Social Sciences: 3 candidates
Liberal Arts Sky Academy: 2 candidates
Special Contribution to Teaching Award:
Administrative Units (e.g., Service Learning Group, Digital Teaching Group) may recommend one candidate based on their own selection criteria.
Colleges may recommend teachers who exemplify the college is distinctive teaching characteristics.
Self-Nomination: Teachers may self-nominate by submitting their materials directly to the Committee.
III. Candidate Qualifications (Revised Article 9)
Per the amendment made on October 15, 2025 (132nd University Council), candidates must meet the following criteria:
Be a full-time faculty member (including clinical) or project-based faculty at Tzu Chi University.
Have served at the University for at least two years and met at least 90% of the minimum teaching load in the past year.
Have passed the most recent teaching evaluation and faculty evaluation (exemptions apply for those not yet due for evaluation).
IV. University-Level Selection: Presentation Requirement
Candidates selected for the university-level review must deliver a presentation.

Event: 114th Academic Year Outstanding Teaching Faculty Selection Meeting (2nd Session)
Presentation Guidelines:
Format: 4-minute presentation + 4-minute Q&A (Total: 8 minutes).
Content: Teaching philosophy, achievements, and outcomes.
Attendance: Mandatory. Candidates must attend in person to be eligible (unless absent due to official duties).
Materials: Complete written materials must be uploaded to the drive folder for review.
