歲末將至，謹向每一位教職同仁致上最誠摯的感謝。感恩大家在這一年中，於教學、研究、行政與服務等各項工作上持續投入心力與智慧，共同支撐並推動慈濟大學穩健前行。
回顧今年，學校在組織整合與校務推動上持續深化，也面臨諸多調整與挑戰；所幸在全體同仁彼此扶持、合心協力下，逐步累積成果，展現慈大堅韌而溫暖的力量。展望未來，期盼我們持續攜手同行，凝聚共識，為學校長遠發展奠定更為厚實的基礎，開創嶄新里程。

「2025同心相聚歲末聯歡會」訂於 2026年1月30日（五） 舉行，活動流程如下：
11:00–12:00 校務小學堂－行政校務研習（中央校區）
12:15–14:00 同心相聚歲末聯歡會（同心圓營隊餐廳）
注意事項：
1.因辦理全校行政校務研習活動，115年1月30日11:00後各單位暫停公務辦理，請各單位妥善安排相關事宜。
2.請務必至校務行政系統完成報名，始具抽獎資格，報名截止日115年1月25日。
3.摸彩中獎者須本人在場方可領取；公假、排班及外站同仁之認定，悉依人資處規定辦理(請於115年1月25日前完成請假手續，方可保留獎項資格，承辦人：徐翊芩同仁，11524)。
4.如有家屬參與餐會，請另填寫表單：https://forms.gle/t5jkLWHH3SzVDzsg9，以利餐點準備。

Dear Faculty and Staff,
As the year draws to a close, we would like to extend our most sincere appreciation to every member of our faculty and staff. We are deeply grateful for your continued dedication and wisdom throughout the year in teaching, research, administration, and service, which together have sustained and propelled Tzu Chi University forward with steady progress.
Looking back on this year, the University has continued to advance organizational integration and institutional development, while also facing numerous adjustments and challenges. Thanks to the mutual support and collective efforts of all colleagues, we have gradually achieved meaningful outcomes, demonstrating the resilience and warmth that define Tzu Chi University. Looking ahead, we hope that we will continue to move forward hand in hand, build shared consensus, and lay an even stronger foundation for the University is long-term development as we open a new chapter together.

“2025 Year-End Gathering: Together at Heart”
The event will be held on Friday, January 30, 2026, with the following schedule:
11:00–12:00 Administrative Affairs Workshop
12:15–14:00 “Together at Heart” Year-End Gathering
Important Notes:
1.Due to the university-wide administrative affairs workshop, all units will suspend routine services after 11:00 a.m. on January 30. Please make appropriate arrangements in advance.
2.Registration must be completed through the University Administrative System to be eligible for the lucky draw.
3.Prize winners must be present in person to claim their prizes. Eligibility for colleagues on official leave, shift duty, or working off-site will be determined in accordance with regulations of the Human Resources Office.
