說明：
一、本公司全年學生實習方案，提供在校學生參與實習活動的體驗，印證在校期間所學之技能，善盡企業社會責任。學生於實習期間，除獲取本公司提供之完整訓練外，並享有薪資給付及多項福利，亦可學習專業運輸知識及實際職場體驗，有助未來就業規劃。
二、本公司將於115年辦理旨揭實習方案，請貴校協助張貼旨揭方案之公告（附件一），並依實習生資料準備方式（附件二）辦理相關事宜：
(一)報名所需資料：
1、人員資料表及自傳（附件三）（請一律用電腦打字，勿用書寫方式）。
2、近兩學期學生出勤紀錄表（須蓋學校核可章）。
3、歷年成績單（須蓋學校核可章）。
(二)報名方式：須透過貴校或系所窗口向本公司人資暨行政處報名，恕不受理學生個別報名。並請於115年3月11日（三）前，將上述報名所需資料及人員名冊電子檔（附件四），E-mail至本案聯絡人電子信箱。
(三)契約簽訂：於本公司辦理徵選完成後，簽訂公版契約，契約書內容如附件五。
三、檢附相關文件及公版契約書共五份，敬請協助辦理，毋任感荷。

**Announcement: Student Internship Program for the Academic Year 115**
The Taiwan High Speed Rail Corporation (THSRC) is pleased to announce its annual Student Internship Program, designed to provide students with valuable hands-on experience in a professional setting. This initiative aims to reinforce the skills acquired during their academic studies and fulfill our corporate social responsibility. During the internship period, participants will receive comprehensive training, a stipend, and various benefits. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to learn about professional transportation operations and gain practical workplace experience, which will be beneficial for their future career planning.
For the academic year 115, we kindly request your university is assistance in posting this announcement (see Attachment 1) and processing applications according to the guidelines provided in the Internship Applicant Data Preparation Instructions (Attachment 2):
**Required Application Documents:**
1. Personal Information Form and Personal Statement (Attachment 3) – Please ensure all documents are typed and do not submit handwritten versions.
2. Attendance Records for the past two semesters (must be stamped by the university for verification).
3. Academic transcripts for all previous semesters (must be stamped by the university for verification).
**Application Procedure:**
Applications must be submitted through your university or department office to the Human Resources and Administration Department of THSRC. Individual student applications will not be accepted. Please ensure that all required application documents and an electronic copy of the applicant roster (Attachment 4) are emailed to the contact person before **March 11, 2026 (Wednesday)**.
**Contract Signing:**
Following the completion of the selection process, successful applicants will be required to sign a standard internship contract. The contract template is provided in Attachment 5.
