為給予教師教學、研究、服務及多元升等等多面向的諮詢及實行之後盾，協助本校教師在優秀、資深教師帶領下，順利進行教學及研究工作，教師可選擇校內外優秀諮詢對象，以團隊或個人一對一方式向學者專家請益，互相討論與經驗傳承，精進教師職涯發展。
▲申請說明:
一、傳授者：須為國內外大專院校專任教授或副教授，並以曾獲教學、研究相關獎勵或經推薦之資深教授為優先，每人每次以帶領一至三位學習者為原則。
二、學習者得依實際需求申請一位傳授者輔導為原則。
三、計畫通過者，傳授者與學習者每個月至少應進行一次傳習活動，傳習活動進行時應由學習者
填寫「傳習紀錄」經傳授者簽名後，至遲於該學期結束前2週，將傳習紀錄送本中心備查。
四、補助經費項目:諮詢費及交通費
五、申請方式:線上申請，收件截止時間為115/5/4中午12:00

To provide comprehensive support for faculty members in teaching, research, service, and career advancement, the university encourages teachers to seek guidance from outstanding mentors within and outside the institution. Under the leadership of experienced and accomplished educators, teachers may participate in one-on-one or team-based mentorship programs to foster professional development through discussion, knowledge sharing, and experience transmission.
**Application Guidelines:**
1. **Mentors:** Must be full or associate professors at universities or colleges in Taiwan or abroad. Preference will be given to those who have received awards in teaching or research or have been recommended as senior professors. Each mentor may guide one to three mentees per session.
2. **Mentees:** May apply for guidance from one mentor based on their specific needs.
3. **Program Requirements:** Approved participants must conduct at least one mentoring session per month. Mentees are required to complete a "Mentoring Record Form," which must be signed by the mentor and submitted to the center for review no later than two weeks before the end of the semester.
4. **Supported Expenses:** Mentoring fees and travel expenses.
5. **Application Method:** Online application; deadline is 12:00 noon on May 4, 2026.

6. **Expense Execution Deadline:** Expenses for approved applications must be incurred by June 10, 2026.
7. **Submission of Records:** Mentoring record forms will be submitted after approval.
