**Announcement**
The Hong Kung University Journal is now accepting submissions throughout the year. We kindly request your assistance in informing your faculty and students about this opportunity to contribute articles, thereby enriching the content of the journal. Please take note.
**Explanation:**
1. To encourage both internal and external professionals to publish their academic achievements and to enhance inter-university academic exchange, we welcome submissions of original papers that have not been previously published in any domestic or international publications.
2. Submissions are accepted on a continuous basis, with manuscripts being reviewed as they are received. The journal is published twice annually, in March and September.
