一、為鼓勵各界發現吉安之美，並提升藝文創作風氣，特別辦理「繽紛吉安 駿馬迎春」繪畫比賽，並於115年新春期間展出得獎作品，展現本鄉特色與活力。
二、旨揭活動預計分為8組予以獎勵，各組錄取第一名1位、第二名1位、第三名1位、優選5位。
三、活動時間：徵件日期自即日起至115年1月26日(星期一)止，展覽日期自頒獎日起至115年2月底止。
四、收件地址：973花蓮縣吉安鄉慶豐村中山路三段477號，吉安鄉公所文化及觀光發展所(吉安好客藝術村)，03-8542993。
五、展覽地點：吉安好客藝術村吉野藝文館。

**Announcement: "Vibrant Ji'an: Welcoming the Spring with a Galloping Steed" Painting Competition**
To encourage the discovery of Ji'an's beauty and promote artistic creation, we are pleased to announce the "Vibrant Ji'an: Welcoming the Spring with a Galloping Steed" Painting Competition. Winning entries will be exhibited during the Lunar New Year celebrations of 115, showcasing the unique charm and vitality of our community.
The competition will be divided into eight categories, with awards as follows:
- 1st Prize: 1 winner per category
- 2nd Prize: 1 winner per category
- 3rd Prize: 1 winner per category
- Merit Awards: 5 winners per category
**Competition Schedule:**
- Submission Period: From today until January 26, 115 (Monday)
- Exhibition Period: From the award ceremony until the end of February, 115
