一、寵物就是人類的好夥伴，與主人猶如家人一般，為推廣生命教育，特舉辦「第四屆萌寵時尚嘉年華 PET DAY」鼓勵熱愛動物的師生踴躍參加。
二、報名資格：(一)歡迎熱愛動物的貴校師生及一般民眾帶家中寵物參與。 (二)寵物不限品種，惟不得為保育類動物；且寵物健康狀況良好並不具攻擊性。
三、報名日期：即日起至115年3月2日(星期一)止。

五、活動時間：115年3月16日(星期一)下午14時。
六、活動地點：開南大學陽光大道(桃園市蘆竹區開南路一號)。

**Announcement: 4th PET DAY – Pet Fashion Carnival**
To promote life education and foster a sense of companionship between humans and animals, we are pleased to announce the 4th PET DAY – Pet Fashion Carnival. We warmly encourage all faculty, staff, and students who love animals to participate enthusiastically.
**Eligibility for Registration:**
1. The event is open to all faculty, staff, and students of this university, as well as the general public who are passionate about animals and wish to bring their pets along.
2. All pet breeds are welcome, except for protected or endangered species. Participants must ensure their pets are in good health and do not exhibit aggressive behavior.
**Registration Period:**
From today until March 2, 2026 (Thursday).

March 16, 2026 (Monday) at 2:00 PM.
**Event Location:**

The total prize money is NT$7,500, along with a certificate of recognition.
