一、活動目的
(一)建立2025年度寵物 IP 創作與品牌展示平台，培養新銳插畫與動畫創作者，推動文化創意產業的永續發展。
(二)透過展覽與網路互動，提升大眾對原創寵物IP 的關注度，擴大觀眾族群，推動文創普及。
(三)連結學界、產業與市場，將創意作品轉化為商業價值，促進授權合作、商品開發及跨媒體應用。
(四)形塑[金創獎GCA]年度盛典，成為原創寵物 IP 與品牌行銷的指標性獎項，並提升台灣文創在國際能見度。
二、徵選目的
(一)鼓勵原創插畫與動畫作品，著重角色故事性、藝術性與市場延展性。
(二)發掘具備文化創意與商業潛力的新秀創作者，提供與產業鏈結機會。
(三)建立優質 寵物IP 資源庫，協助品牌、出版及媒體業者進行後續合作。
(四)強化台灣原創寵物IP能量，推動國際交流與文化輸出。
三、旨揭活動總獎金與獎品總額超過：NT$370,000，徵件期間：114年12月24日起至 115年01月14日止（限以線上投稿）報名投稿官網網址連結 https://ipgca.com.tw 。

**Announcement: 2025 Golden Creative Awards (GCA) – Pet IP Creation & Branding Platform**
**I. Purpose of the Event**
(1) To establish a platform for the creation and exhibition of original pet IP in 2025, nurturing emerging illustrators and animators, and promoting the sustainable development of the cultural and creative industries.
(2) To raise public awareness of original pet IP through exhibitions and online interaction, expanding the audience base and promoting the popularization of cultural creativity.
(3) To connect academia, industry, and the market, transforming creative works into commercial value, and facilitating licensing cooperation, product development, and cross-media applications.
(4) To establish the [Golden Creative Awards (GCA)] as an annual event, positioning it as a benchmark award for original pet IP and brand marketing, while enhancing the international visibility of Taiwan’s cultural creativity.
**II. Selection Objectives**
(1) To encourage original illustration and animation works with a focus on character storytelling, artistic quality, and market potential.
(2) To discover emerging creators with cultural creativity and commercial potential, providing opportunities for industry connections.
(3) To build a high-quality pet IP resource library to assist brands, publishers, and media companies in subsequent collaborations.
(4) To strengthen Taiwan’s original pet IP capabilities, promoting international exchange and cultural exports.
**III. Prize Information**
