一、為鼓勵國內青年組隊自主提案，培訓青年聯結國際組織及實踐臺灣在地行動，藉以增進青年對國際事務及永續發展目標之認識與理解，培育國際事務及永續行動人才，提升青年國際視野及行動執行力。
二、申請資格
(一)18至35歲具中華民國國籍之青年，以3至6人組隊提案。
(二)團隊中須至少3分之2具下列資格之青年：
1、曾參與教育部青年發展署「Young飛全球行動計畫培訓營」、原住民族委員會「原住民族國際事務人才培訓計畫、國際原住民族青年論壇」、客家委員會「客家青（少）年國際事務訪問團」、外交部「國際青年大使交流計畫」完訓者。
2、大專校院推薦曾參與本署「國際永續及社會創新人才培育計畫」、「大學社會責任實踐計畫」之該校學生；曾修習國際事務、社會創新、永續發展或設計思考等相關學分課程之該校學生。
3、團隊中須至少3分之1具全民英語能力分級檢定測驗中級以上（或其他同等英語語言檢定資格）或擬赴國家同等語言檢定資格。
4、未曾獲本計畫績優團隊者。
5、每人限參加1組團隊，每組團隊限提1案。
三、旨揭計畫以「永續發展目標」為計畫主軸，提出社會創新行動方案，透過「組隊提案培訓、參與審查輔導、聯結國際組織、實踐在地行動」4階段，提升青年國際視野及行動執行力，並辦理成果分享及績優團隊徵選；另績優團隊得於次年度選擇提案「赴海外聯結國際組織」或「持續執行在地議題行動」，每組團隊最高可獲得新臺幣80萬元獎金。
四、申請期間自本簡章公告日起至115年3月13日（星期五）中午12時前，至iYouth青年國際圓夢平臺（網址：https://iyouth.youthhub.tw）填寫報名資訊並上傳相關資料。

**Announcement: Call for Applications – Young Fly Global Action Program**
To encourage domestic youth to form teams and submit independent proposals, this program aims to cultivate youth engagement with international organizations and the implementation of local actions in Taiwan. Through this initiative, participants will deepen their understanding of international affairs and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), nurture talent in international relations and sustainable action, and enhance their global perspectives and capacity for practical execution.
**Eligibility Criteria**
1. Applicants must be Taiwanese citizens aged between 18 and 35, forming teams of 3 to 6 members.
2. At least two-thirds of the team members must meet one of the following criteria:
- Have completed training in the Ministry of Education’s Youth Development Agency “Young Fly Global Action Program Training Camp,” the Council for Indigenous Peoples’ “Indigenous International Affairs Talent Training Program” or “International Indigenous Youth Forum,” the Council for Hakka Affairs’ “Hakka Youth International Affairs Delegation,” or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ “International Youth Ambassador Exchange Program.”
- Be recommended by a higher education institution for participation in this agency’s “International Sustainability and Social Innovation Talent Development Program” or “University Social Responsibility Practice Program,” or have completed relevant coursework in international affairs, social innovation, sustainable development, or design thinking.
- At least one-third of the team members must possess an intermediate-level score or higher on the National English Proficiency Test System (NEPTS) or an equivalent English language proficiency certification, or hold equivalent language certification for the target country.
- Applicants must not have previously been recognized as an outstanding team under this program.
- Each participant may only join one team, and each team may submit only one proposal.
**Program Overview**
The program centers on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and invites teams to propose innovative social action plans. The initiative consists of four stages: team proposal training, review guidance participation, linkage with international organizations, and local action implementation. These stages are designed to enhance participants’ global perspectives and practical execution skills. The program also includes a results-sharing session and a selection process for outstanding teams. Outstanding teams may choose in the following year to either propose a project to connect with international organizations overseas or continue executing local issue-based actions. Each outstanding team may receive a maximum award of NT$800,000.

Applications are open from the date of this announcement until March 13, 2026 (Friday) at 12:00 PM. Please complete your application and upload all required documents via the iYouth Youth International Dream Platform (https://iyouth.youthhub.tw).
