115年教學實踐研究計畫區域基地計畫東區跨校教師社群開始徵件，歡迎老師踴躍申請∼
一、透過區域基地模式，邀請教師組成「跨校教師成長社群」，提升教師教學研究能量與學生學習成效，有助於教師研提與執行教育部教學實踐研究計畫。
二、徵件說明：
(一)申請方式：由社群召集人於115年2月12日(四) 23：59前，寄送申請書WORD與PDF檔(召集人務必親筆簽名)至信箱mcli@niu.edu.tw，內容格式不符或逾期，恕不予受理。
(二)社群組成：
1.社群成員至少4位教師，來自至少2所不同學校。
2.至少1位為「宜蘭縣、花蓮縣、台東縣」大專校院教師。
3.其中至少1位教師「曾獲教學實踐研究計畫」或「以教學實踐研究升等成功」。
4.每位教師僅限參加「1個」教學實踐研究計畫區域基地計畫補助之社群。
5.成員名單經核定後不得更換，但可邀請非社群教師共同參與社群活動。
(三)社群審查原則
1.社群目標、探究主題與活動規劃之關聯性。
2.社群活動與教學實踐研究計畫之關聯性。
3.社群活動對教師教學成效或其教學效益擴散。
4.社群活動能轉化為教學實踐研究計畫議題之可能性。
5.社群如有績優教師成員者，並具體規劃其績優教學經驗之交流及擴散機制，列為優先補助之考量條件之一。
(四)補助經費：最高補助5萬元業務費。

CALL FOR PROPOSALS: 2026 Regional Base Project for Teaching Practice Research – East District Inter-College Teacher Community
The East District Inter-College Teacher Community under the 2026 Regional Base Project for Teaching Practice Research is now accepting applications. We warmly invite all faculty members to participate actively.
I. Purpose
Through the regional base model, this initiative invites faculty to form "Inter-College Teacher Development Communities" to enhance teaching research capabilities and student learning outcomes, thereby supporting the proposal and implementation of the Ministry of Education’s Teaching Practice Research Projects.
II. Application Guidelines
(1) Application Procedure:
The community leader must submit both WORD and PDF versions of the application form (with a handwritten signature from the leader) to the email address mcli@niu.edu.tw by 23:59 on February 12, 2026. Applications with incomplete formats or submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
(2) Community Composition:
1. The community must consist of at least four teachers from at least two different institutions.
2. At least one member must be a teacher from a higher education institution in Yilan County, Hualien County, or Taitung County.
3. At least one member must have previously received funding for a Teaching Practice Research Project or have successfully advanced in academic rank through such research.
4. Each teacher may participate in only one community supported by this Regional Base Project.
5. Once approved, community members may not be replaced; however, non-community teachers may be invited to participate in community activities.
(3) Review Criteria for Communities:
1. The relevance between the community’s objectives, research themes, and activity plans.
2. The relevance between community activities and Teaching Practice Research Projects.
3. The potential impact of community activities on teaching effectiveness or the dissemination of teaching benefits among faculty members.
4. The potential for community activities to evolve into topics for Teaching Practice Research Projects.
5. Communities with outstanding teacher members who have concrete plans for sharing and disseminating their exemplary teaching experiences will be given priority consideration for funding.
(4) Funding Support:
The maximum grant provided is NT$50,000 for operational expenses.
