轉知農業部辦理115年度「獎勵農漁民子女就學金作業計畫」(簡稱農業部就學金)及相關作業程序案，該就學金之申復、溢領繳還作業涉及學生權益，併請依說明三辦理。
一、依農業部114年12月24日農輔字第1140023987號函辦理。
二、本部各類學雜費減免或同性質之助學措施(簡稱本部就學補助)多訂有「已獲政府其他相關學雜費減免、補助或與補助學雜費性質相當之給付者，不得重複申領」之規定，爰除法規另有規定外，學生應擇一申領。
三、審酌部分學生同時具有本部就學補助及農業部就學金之申領資格，每學期應擇一申領，為避免學生未諳農業部就學金之申復、溢領繳回等作業程序，致延誤辦理本部就學補助之後續作業，爰請各校依農業部函文之說明事項，引導學生向各該權管單位辦理，並協助向校內學生廣為宣導。
四、學生或學校如對農業部就學金有相關疑義，請逕向農業部就學金之法規及綜合業務諮詢窗口（02-2312-5864）洽詢。
NOTICE
Regarding the Ministry of Agriculture’s 2025 “Scholarship Incentive Program for Children of Farmers and Fishermen” (hereinafter referred to as the “Ministry of Agriculture Scholarship”) and related procedures, it is noted that the process for appeals and repayment of overpayments involves student rights. Please also follow the instructions provided in Item 3.
1. This notice is issued in accordance with the Ministry of Agriculture’s letter dated December 24, 2023, under reference number 农輔字第1140023987號.
2. Various tuition and miscellaneous fee reduction measures or similar forms of financial assistance provided by this ministry (hereinafter referred to as “this ministry’s scholarship assistance”) generally stipulate that students who have already received government-related tuition reductions, subsidies, or payments of equivalent nature are not eligible to apply for duplicate benefits. Therefore, unless otherwise specified by law, students should choose to apply for only one type of assistance.
3. Considering that some students may be eligible for both this ministry’s scholarship assistance and the Ministry of Agriculture Scholarship, students should select only one type of scholarship per semester. To prevent delays in subsequent procedures for this ministry’s scholarship assistance due to students’ unfamiliarity with the appeal and repayment processes for the Ministry of Agriculture Scholarship, please guide students to apply through the relevant authorities as outlined in the Ministry of Agriculture’s letter and assist in widely disseminating this information to all students within your institution.
