一、活動目的：
(一)建構 2025 年度寵物 IP 創作與品牌展示平台，培育新銳插畫與動畫創作者，推動文化創意產業之永續發展。
(二)透過實體展覽及線上互動推廣原創寵物 IP，提升大眾關注度並擴大參與族群，促進文創普及。
(三)串聯學界、產業與市場資源，協助創意作品轉化為商業價值，促進授權合作、商品開發及跨媒體應用。
(四)形塑「金創獎 GCA」年度品牌，打造原創寵物 IP 與品牌行銷之指標性獎項，提升臺灣文創於國際間之能見度。
二、徵選目的：
(一)鼓勵原創插畫與動畫創作，著重角色故事性、藝術表現及市場延展潛力。
(二)發掘兼具文化創意與商業潛力之新秀創作者，提供產業鏈結與實務合作機會。
(三)建立優質寵物 IP 創作資源庫，促進品牌、出版及媒體等相關產業後續合作。
(四)強化臺灣原創寵物 IP 創作能量，推動國際交流與文化輸出。
三、活動資訊：
(一)本活動總獎金及獎品總價值逾新臺幣 370,000 元整。
(二)徵件期間自 114 年 12 月 24 日起至 115 年 1 月 14 日止，一律採線上投稿方式。

**Announcement: 2025 Pet IP Creation & Branding Platform Competition**

### I. Purpose of the Event
**(1) To establish a platform for pet IP creation and branding in 2025, nurturing emerging illustrators and animators, and promoting the sustainable development of the cultural and creative industries.**
**(2) To raise public awareness and expand participation through physical exhibitions and online interactive promotion of original pet IPs, thereby enhancing the accessibility of cultural creativity.**
**(3) To connect academic institutions, industry partners, and market resources, facilitating the transformation of creative works into commercial value, and promoting licensing collaborations, product development, and cross-media applications.**
**(4) To establish the annual "Golden Creative Award (GCA)" as a benchmark award for original pet IP branding, enhancing the international visibility of Taiwan’s cultural and creative industries.**

### II. Selection Objectives
**(1) To encourage original illustration and animation creation, emphasizing character storytelling, artistic expression, and market potential.**
**(2) To identify promising creators who combine cultural creativity with commercial potential, providing opportunities for industry linkage and practical collaboration.**
**(3) To build a high-quality resource library for pet IP creation, facilitating subsequent cooperation with brands, publishing houses, and media industries.**
**(4) To strengthen Taiwan’s original pet IP creation capabilities and promote international exchange and cultural exports.**
