1.依據本校「慈濟大學學生班會組織與自治幹部辦法」請各班在班會課時間選出114學年下學期的班級幹部。
2.各班請於114年12月31日(星期三)前繳交新任幹部名單。
(1)請各班班代(中央與介仁校區班代)給予名單電子檔(如附件),e-mail至cagalli@gms.tcu.edu.tw即可。主旨請打「繳交114學年下學期班級幹部名單」
(2)建國校區部分請導師協助給予名單,e-mail至cagalli@gms.tcu.edu.tw,建國校區另有增設風紀股長。
(3)實習的班級可以只選出班代,依班上需求調整即可。 1. In accordance with the "Tzu Chi University Student Class Council Organization and Autonomous Officer Regulations," each class is requested to elect its class officers for the second semester of the academic year 114 during the class council meeting time.
2. Each class is required to submit the list of newly appointed officers by December 31, 2025 (Wednesday).
(1) Please submit an electronic copy of the list (as attached) to cagalli@gms.tcu.edu.tw. The subject line should be "Submission of Class Officer List for the Second Semester of Academic Year 114."
(2) For classes at the Jianguo Campus, please have the homeroom teacher assist in providing the list and email it to cagalli@gms.tcu.edu.tw. Note that an additional position, Discipline Section Chief, has been added for the Jianguo Campus.
(3) For classes undergoing internships, only a class representative needs to be elected, and adjustments can be made according to the class's needs.
