依「慈濟大學研究生獎助學金辦法」規定辦理
研究生有下列情形之一者，不得申請以下各項獎助學金：
1.在校內、外有專職身分者。
2.因退學或其它理由離校者。
3.已辦理休學尚未復學者。
4.在校內領有其他獎助學金每月補助高於本辦法者。
一、符合「研究生獎助學金辦法」第五條【獎勵金】者：
1.申請時間：即日起∼115年3月6日。
2.申請方式：填寫申請表(如附件)，經系所辦公室核章後逕送教務處招生策略中心。
3.申請案件將於簽核通過後予以獎勵。
二、符合「慈濟大學研究生獎助學金辦法」第七條【獎勵全額學雜費】者：
1.獎勵全額學雜費之對象(慈大及慈科大應屆畢業考取本校碩士班者)。
2.招生策略中心將請註冊組查核註冊入學情況後，統一辦理學雜費獎勵。
三、符合「慈濟大學研究生獎助學金辦法」第七條【獎學金】者：
1.第2學期獎學金係由碩士班主任(所長)召開審核委員會，依辦法規定推薦獲獎學生，於115年3月6日前將名單送至招生策略中心彙報。
2.申請案件將於簽核通過後予以獎勵。

ANNOUNCEMENT
REGARDING GRADUATE STUDENT SCHOLARSHIPS AND AID AT Tzu Chi University
In accordance with the "Regulations for Graduate Student Scholarships and Aid" of Tzu Chi University, the following graduate students are ineligible to apply for any scholarships or aid under this announcement:
1. Those holding a full-time position either on or off campus.
2. Those who have withdrawn from the university or left for other reasons.
3. Those who have taken a leave of absence and have not yet resumed studies.
4. Those already receiving other scholarships or aid from the university with a monthly stipend higher than that provided under this regulation.
I. For graduate students eligible under Article 5 [Reward Grant] of the "Graduate Student Scholarship Regulations":
1. Application Period: From today until March 6, 2026 (R.O.C. 115).
2. Application Procedure: Complete the application form (see attachment), obtain verification and official seal from your department or institute office, and submit directly to the Admissions Strategy Center of the Academic Affairs Office.
3. Approved applications will be rewarded after formal approval is granted.
II. For graduate students eligible under Article 7 [Full Tuition and Fees Waiver] of the "Tzu Chi University Graduate Student Scholarship Regulations":
1. The full tuition and fees waiver is available to students who have graduated from Tzu Chi University or Tzu Chi College of Science and Technology in the current academic year and have been admitted to a master's program at this university.
2. The Admissions Strategy Center will request verification of enrollment status from the Registration Office and will process the tuition and fees waiver uniformly for eligible students.
III. For graduate students eligible under Article 7 [Scholarship] of the "Tzu Chi University Graduate Student Scholarship Regulations":
1. For the second semester scholarship, each master's program director (or institute director) shall convene a review committee in accordance with the regulations to recommend awardees, and submit the list of recommended students to the Admissions Strategy Center by March 6, 2026 (R.O.C. 115).
2. Approved applications will be rewarded after formal approval is granted.
